Any stamps above Rs 10000/- denomination will have serial numbers. That is the direct check. It is useful to know these things. There is something called a franking machine. i see this a real problem there. the real estate prices have skyrocketed that even the salaried classes are not able to buy land there. i dont also think that the prices will ever come down. the situation of the apartments are even worse here. These are a business there and people construct single or customized units, sell them at irrational prices or give them for rent. Its not just on the outskirts, actually Bilikere is about 25 km away from Mysore. But despite that I think its quite well connected to the city, thanks to the SH88 and the Ring Road. Hey guys, I think that the locality has access to the main parts of the city via the Vishwa Mythri Road as well as Adichunchanagiri Road, as well as Dakshineshwara Marg.
