According to my knowledge there is a court stay on project and n.d.h. is 24-05-2012 in Punjab and Haryana high court. this is in response to farmers group headed by one Mr.Om parkash's writ petition in which they have said that govt. 1st issued notices for aquitation of their land in 2004 and 2006 due to which farmers sold their land in panic to builders and in 2007 just before the final notice govt withdrawn the prior notices and now in 2012farmers feel that they were cheated at that time, court has asked the govt. to explain the circumstances under which they have withdrawn the notice. INTERESTINGLY mr om parkash the main petitioner has also booked some properties in abw project which is a part of above mentioned 968 acre land. thus here mr. om parkash 1st sold his land to abw and then booked some properties in the project which means till that time he had no issues and now seeing the boom in poperty prices in area he feels at that time he got cheated.

Heya Seekha, yes there are availability for 3 bhk in this project. They are having 1943 - 2361 sqft for 3 bhk. The price they are quoting is Rs 6500-Rs 6800 per sq ft. And there are some pending issues are with the farmers. Now authority are taking up farmers issues phase-wise.
