Yeah, I have heard the bad news...The delay is because BMRCL has not completed the laying of tracks in the underground section which was promised to get completed by December 2016.

I do agree with Vineith regarding the comments. Beware of booking the flats with Asset Handlers/Asset Builders. Till you book the flat you see smiling faces, proper answering of calls, polite words and major part is accept what ever you tell. Once you book the flat by paying 20% of total amount, you see a different face altogether. Your calls will not be answered and what ever agreed earlier will not be done.

Occupancy Certificate is mandatory. If you are staying in a flat of which the builder has not yet got the Occupancy certificate it may lead to future problem. After the building is completed you are required to file an application for Occupation certificate. The prescribed authority will inspect the building and after ascertaining that the building is as per the sanctioned plan, will issue a certificate. This certificate is called the Occupancy Certificate.Occupancy Certificate is mandatory. If you are staying in a flat of which the builder has not yet got the Occupancy certificate it may lead to future problem. After the building is completed you are required to file an application for Occupation certificate. Okay 3bhk is having three sizes 1330 sqft will cost your Rs 62 lakhs, 1550 will cost you Rs 72 lakhs and 1635 sqft will cost you Rs 76.30 lakhs. The project was launched one month back and the possession is by 2016 April. The rate per sqft going on in this project is Rs 4095.

If you are staying in a flat of which the builder has not yet got the Occupancy certificate it may lead to future problem. After the building is completed you are required to file an application for Occupation certificate. The prescribed authority will inspect the building and after ascertaining that the building is as per the sanctioned plan, will issue a certificate. This certificate is called the Occupancy Certificate.

Hi Dipten, As per my knowledge, Karnataka High Court had directed the BBMP to install processing plants in all the 28 Assembly constituencies in the city to reduce the burden on landfills. BBMP is yet to take action, and it does not seem to be in a hurry to implement it either.
Hi Dipten, BBMP will strengthen the dry waste collection centers (DWCCs) in every ward and will increase the capacity of processing plants in all its eight divisions, but may not install plants at every Assembly constituency. There were intense protests from the citizens on the proposed processing plants. Nobody wants garbage processing units in their neighborhood.

Sai Shakthi Avhni is still under construction and it is expected to get completed by June 2015. As far as I know the project has been approved by BBMP. The builder is going to provide A Khata as well as Commencement Certificate.

No, i do not think that Icon Sanctuary is a Karnataka RERA approved project. They did not mention any registration number or acknowledgement no in their website. May be they have applied for it. As far as project approval is concerned, BMRDA has approved it and almost all the leading banks and financial institutions are offering loan for it. Expected date of possession is December 2018.
