If you have received a MUDA approved site in Mysore, and you don’t possess any other sites or homes in the country, then the MUDA will undertake the building of your home under a discounted rate.

Yes that's right. The civic authrorities of Mysore are investing 1 and a half crores in this project Their plan is to widen the Valmiki road that connects the Hunsur road to the KRS road. They want to extend the road by 1.5 metres on either side and this road is ony a 1 km stretch. This is good because finally there will be more space to movee and what is supposed to be usedas a one way can now actually be used as a 2 way . Hopefully more infrastructural projects like this will come up all over the city. This will help increase the value of real estate in the city as well. Yes that's right. But now there are new highways opened up and the city is at a much better place. Right now, these residential areas like JP nagar that are booming and fast expanding. Hebbal now has lot of people so even many places are there to eat with diverse cuisines like Directors Bar, Lock n Load in Chairmans resort, and Saga the royal senate. Actually even after IT companies started setting up their base in Mysore, the property prices in the city were still unattractive. I recently passed by Tapovan Greens and it looks like a nice residential area. They are typically said to be 'villament' units - a combo of an 'apartment' and a 'villa', balconies and gardens are definitely a bonus. Even, the swimming pool and gymnasium. Hi. As of now the work near Paschima Vahini has been completed. The track between Byadarahalli and Pandavapura also has been completed. However, the yard work is still under progress. See, as far as I know, it is open to all. Anyone can obtain the certified copy for the documents. They actually have 32 apartments in total in this building. 13 of them are 3 bhk flats of which only 2 are available now while others are stilll under construction.
