The Lift in B block of solitaire is not functioning. The lift is new but does not work. It looks like builder does not care to repair it.
The project says 24 hours power backup, but in reallity they don't have power backup. I stay here in b block. We have power cut for 2 or 3 hours almost everyday with no power backup.
Hence if you plan to buy or rent out a apartment in Solitaire residency then be aware. You may have to shift your house items from stair case..

There was one apartment in this building whose 2/3 owners played foul act (forging signatures and creating false legal paperwork with the help of one of their siblings who is apparently a lawyer herself ) and transferred the flat on 2/3 names eliminating one of their siblings who was listed as one of the 3 heirs to that aparment. It is quite a surprise that the builder went ahead and gave the flat to them without one sibling being actually present or even being informed prior to building's demolition.

hi,I have purchased a plot in Castle woods (Anekal-Jigani road) two years back. The promoter promissed he will lay tar roads, electric connection etc.
But even the water tank is not constrcuted, no electric poles, there are a lot of granite faftories around which may poluute the area as well as the ground water.
Buy the surrounding layouts are developed comparitively well.
Anybody visited the site recently? I visited about 7 months back? Any improvements?

I am currently staying at aahika apartments, bannerghatta road. The maintenance there is pathetic. No maintenance staff present at all. My owner has paid the full maintenance charges for one year, and this is causing the builder to take things lightly.
My owner is asking me to pay the maintenance since he has already paid it. I dont want to pay since there is no maintenance at the project at all.

Buyers Beware, the apartments does not have OC for D,E,F,G,H,I,J and is illegal to occupy. No Khata A.
- No loans from public sector banks
- Was served eviction notice in 2008 by BDA (similar to Campa Cola compound), search on google.
- There are some local brokers who try to convince you that there is nothing wrong but do not listen to them, Khata B is tax collection register, no legal validity.
Thank fully, I found these out in nick of time and was saved from buying this apt at a huge price. Please be aware and make a conscious decision.
