If you're thinking of Sidhartha Layout you should know about the leopard situation here. Sounds funny but its actually a problem here. Two to three of them were spotted in a week's interval! Actually it is not just the roads. They had to shift the venue for Raitha Dasara Sports from JK grounds to the Oval grounds just because water crept into the venue with all these potholes. As far as I know the locality has good social infrastructure , you have plenty of schools once you reach the Gokulam zone. There is Ramakrishna Ashram, Nirmala Convent, Mathru Mandali Vidya Samaste in VV Mohalla etc.

Are you a car owner? There are two petrol bunks close by, on either side of the project. Yamaha service centre is also just a kilometre away. You will need a stamp paper of Rs 10 along with the application. There is copying fee for the photocopy. Rs 3 per copy and Rs 5 for every 100 words needs to be paid. there is one more reason for this issue, ok...this is the railway under bridge work. But, i think this will be resolved through negotiations between the Mysore Urban Development Authority (MUDA) and Railway authorities. But, i think fund is also another issue. in 2013, the MUDA proposed to impose toll on the roads as well as charge extra cess from the people who owned land by the roadside. this could tackle the problem of lack of fund.there is one more reason for this issue, ok...this is the railway under bridge work. Embee emerald city is located a little away from the city, so if that is okay with you, then it is a good option. The railway station and bus stop are nearly 11 kms away from it. Hey I heard that a new flyover that is coming up some where in Uttam Nagar. It is supposed to be a 4 lane passage way that is being laid out near the Safilguda - Secunderab road to help reduce the traffic jams that happen there.
Yes, you heard it right. But it is not a flyover. It is actually a road under bridge that is coming up. It is said to be a 18 crore project and this will close down the Safilguda Railway gate, where it was first actually proposed to be constructed.

Actually, the mysore urban development authority has identified around 800 acres of land in the outskirts of the city for developing the proposed layout. The MUDA has already approached the state government to seek its approval to partner with the landowners for the development site.
yeah, in the area that is identified by the muda, no, the authorities are planning to develop at lease 18000 sites there. The good news here is that the farmers have agreed to partner with the urban body for this development project.

one of the things that hamper the growth of the city is the delaying of the Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP). It was actually expired in 2010. if the delay is continuing, the growth of the city would be in shambles. As of now the property market here hasnt grown much. In fact there are two upcoming villa projects - Malai Marungil and Dakshin Village. The former will be available from July 2017 and the latter is yet to be launched. Both provide usual 3 and 4 bhk villas. Once these hit the market no, Im sure the development here will pick up its pace.
Hey not just 3 and 4bhks, Ive heard that Dakshin Village is offering 2bhk villas as well. The Malai Mrungil villas are being constructed by the builders called Vruksham Ventures, and thes villas are all priced within the range of Rs 1.35 cr to Rs 2.31 crs.

the locality is not that posh. The area mostly comprises of the properties that come in the Individual houses, and big villas. You can see that the biggest part of the city is filled with plots and layouts. There are lots of space available in this village. the commercial infrastructure of this locality is quite decent in my opinion. You know, there are some good shops, hypermarkets, malls etc in this region. Some of them which I can name are Kumar Provision Store, KKC Bakery, Narayana Provision Store, Darshan Tea Centre etc.
You see, the social infrastructure of the region is quite good. Even though you dont find any schools or colleges in this region, they are located very near to the locality. Some of them such as Nirmala High School, Government School, Sri Channakeshwara Swamy High School etc are highly depended on by the local residents.

Oh yeah there are definitely more than just those two that you mentioned. There is the Mahaveer Vidya Mandir, the Mercy International School and the St Mary's School. But the Supriya Hospital is there no, right at the crossing of the Hunsur rd and the Ring rd. So it wont be any issue to use its services in case of any emergency since its right there. The apartments are nice baiscally. The 2 bhk ones have 2 bathrooms, each attached to each bedroom. There are also some balconies around the apartments, 3 in total. While mostly comprising of individual houses, the locality also has a few residential apartments in the vicinity, that give it a safer feel. Oh, the news that it takes a lot of years is really true. The minister has also spoen about it. Heloo Krishna. Yeah. the Mysore Urban Development Authority (MUDA) will stop land acquisition for layout formation in future and take up site development as a joint venture with farmers from now on.

The government has however has not made up any decisons as to what can be done about the houses that does not adhere to the guidelines even by a single percent. Did you know there are more than 1,835 borewells in the Mysore district. But 15 have dried up completely while 159 among the 1,635 rural water supply schemes have stopped working.
