Hey the cheapest way would be to take a pass for the Ujjain-Indore passenger train. I think the price is arund 85 rupees, and i think that is pretty economical. Its really weird about this dengue because I heard from a reliable civic official saying that for last few years vector-borne diseases were under control, but this time the number of dengue cases have registered an increase not just in Indore, but across the country. I don't know how stable the property market is in Piplyhana because i remember the price trends depreciating between the last 2013 quarter and 1st quarter of 2014. but average price of apartemnst here is close to 2800 per square feet. this is quite cheap actually. Also multi level parking lots is something that is high on the agenda of BJP for development in the city. Because currently the no. of vehicles in Indore keeps on increasing. But none of the actual construction was done. Of the planned 30,000 affordable houses in 5 yrs and the 6,000 in this year, not one house under the scheme was constructed in Indore. Hey, the PRC Pukhraj city is a good project that is offering many facilities like club houses, a play area, a gymnasium, intercom facility, 24 hour security and gardens etc. they are gated apartments and there is no issue of security though. i think it is anice idea to take apartments here. I personally think that since its this 10 km long stretch, there are plenty of investment opportunities along its length, which are not going to get saturated anytime soon. You can see for yourself, there are so many residnetial projects, and other developmental works happening in this corridor. The villas arent that many, but there are some definitely. These are usually around Rs 1850 psf. The houses are slightly costlier, can be anywhere between Rs 2000 to Rs 35000 psf. If your family is slightly bigger then an independent house or villa is your best bet. Otherwise just get a 2 or 3bhk apartment those are good enough too. hey, jawahar Marg is in a much happening locality. It is a part of the NH 59 and connects to the Godhra Highway as well as the Dhar Road. Some of the localities near to the Jawahar marg are Raj Mohalla, Lodhipura, Bombay Bazaar, Bartan Bazaar, Ranipura, Hathipala, South Toda, Rajwada, Chhoti Gwaltoli, Murai Mohalla etc.
Hi, yeah..and i feel that the localities near to the Jawahar Marg is well connected to the rest of the city. You can see that the Netaji Subhash Marg, Bhagat Singh Marg, Prince Yashwant Road, Ware house road, etc intersects the Jawahar Marg at some point along the path.

Tilak Nagar is a good residential locality in Indore. I am quite sure of the connectivity. You wont find much difficulty in commuting daily to Indore or any other city nearby. Indore is at a distance of just 5 kilometers. There is not traffic issues, so you wont even take 10 minutes to drive to Indore.
Yeah, the connectivity of Tilak Nagar is quite good. The Kanadia Road passes through the north of Tilak Nagar. Towards the East, you can find the Eastern Ring Road. There are some good connectivity even within the locality with roads like Tilak Nagar Main Road, Shwetambar Jain Mandir Road, Vandana Nagar Main Road etc.

The connectivity is definitely easier. There are so many bus stops around here, that the bus travels are made even easier. The City bus stop at the Janjeerwala chouraha is the most important here. The High Court bus stop is another majopr one on this region. Otherwise you have the Treasure Island bus stop and the hotel Samrat bus stop, both on the Mahatma Ganshi Road. Indore is among the top few TIer 2 cities in India. The city seen some good development with improvements in all sectors happening at a consistent pace. There are also several key areas where investing is seen as profitable. Places like Vijay Nagar, Super Corridor, Mahalazxmi Nagar among others have been at the fore front in terms of the infux of investments in residential and other commercial projects.

I have a insider perspective on the locality since my parents live there, and let me tell you, it is a very decent area. It is situated in the eastern borders of the city, and has some decent neighbouring localities like Khajrana, Manishpuri, Sanvid Nagar, Tilak Nagar, Vaibhav Nagar, and Gokul Nagar.
