As per news, the team, comprising of acting president of the US-India Business Council (USIBC) Diane Farrell, director (energy) Nolty Theriot and country director Navidita Mehra, has already visited the other two cities -- Ajmer and Vishakapatnam -- that will be developed as smart cities along with Allahabad with US help. As per different sources , an additional housing demand of 2.15 million units is likely to be generated in the top eight cities between year 2015-2018. The existing under construction and planned delivery pipeline is around 1 million across these eight cities for this period. There are several senior citizens who are financially sound, but live alone and vulnerable. They need to live in a secure environment, So authority has decided to provide this. A fifth project is the Global City near Gurgaon where the master plan is being prepared. DMICDC is keen that the trunk infrastructure in these three cities is ready over the next three years so that work on commercial projects and factories can commence, followed by residential properties. My only advice to you that you should visit the developer's office instead of collecting usefulness information. If you visit the site and developers office, you will know the actual happening. Secondly, people are talking about peak hour traffic and saying that Indirapuram is junk. If Indirapuram is a junk area then lacs of people who bought their properties are not fool. Here, without even metro, price of 3BHK is in the range of 90 lac to 1.15 crore. Even you can get a 2BHK in krishna apra is 70 lac.
If indirapuram were junk then such rates would not have possible. Traffic is definitely there a major issue but only at peak hour and that too near Jaipuria Mall and kalapathar road. rest is always at peace. And we read and watch news on property. Every Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities having the same issues and still people are buying their properties in that localities.
