You can also look at greater noida also , if it is investments and are ready for a long time gap of say 4 +years.. The area is developing, many infrastructures are planned, road widening, metro is scheduled till Pari chowk. The area is planned and right now the prices are very low and expected to increse significantly in future.

In January 2016, i had heard that Godrej Properties has signed a development management agreement with NCR-based builder Lotus Greens to build a housing project on 36 acre land parcel. This will be their first project in Noida market. They have not yet disclose the configuration of this project.
