Hmmm see when the market is saturated, the best suggestion is to go for units, but looking at the present scenario of economy, plot investment is more advisable because, as the economy gets stable the price of the land will also increase. Hi vikas, well if you are getting the apartment from a developer then he is supposed to register it and then give it for possession and there is no timelimit defined.

The idea behind developing these two roads is to reduce the traffic on NH-8. In my point of view, this project is located in Sector 103, which is a very decent developing sector. This sector is well connected to Dwarka Expressway , close to Delhi border. I have a word with their sales guy and they told me that booking amount will be Rs. 5 lacs for 2BHK. And the date of possession will be December-2019.
