Connectivity is excellent here thanks to the highways passing by. I actually study in Vidya Sagar College. There are plenty of eateries and banks in the area. i am guessing all the legal approvals have been made by the builders who are selling these plots in Indore and that government approvals have been made by the Indore Development Authority. Oh yeah..actually, the Valuation committee has recommended the rise in the guideline value of the area by 12%, which is highest in comparison to other parts of the city.
