Actually you’re right. This lake is in Hatod, and the people there are actually complaining of the severe encroachment problems down there. I’ve been down there myself, and what I saw is that the lake is slowly drying up, from the dry weather, or from the pollution caused by these encroachments, I don’t know. Its slowly drying up, and people are just encroaching upon the dried up banks. Actually you’re right. Wow! I really envy you. I think having a property on the A.B. road is a major asset. The A.B. road is one of the best residential markets in the city. You obviously know that! So now between selling ut and renting, I’d always say renting. Because I think it is better to have a regular income source you know, rather than have a bulk sum of money. I mean if you sell it off, what will you do with all that money, just invest it in something else right? I don’t think htere are that many great investment options other than real estate. Wow! See mainly there are two to three amazing spots here that make it a unique eperience coming to Palasia. :) There is the Treasure Mall which is the largest one in Indore, and PVR Cinemas area adjacent to it. From what I know, at present, piped gas is available in Ram Bagh, Kalani Nagar, Vijay Nagar and operations have recently been launched in Saket and Telephone Nagar. The existing stamp duty in MP is a little too high, even I feel that. It could be counted as one of the factors behind the slow market here at present. I think this corridor is more investment friendly than family friendly. Primarily because there arent that many malls, parks, eateries along its length. Although all those establishments are sure to come up, given some time. Also, some restaurants, cafes etc can be found on the nearby Major District rd. Indore is getting busier by the day and so a plan like this was very much needed. What they have done now is to streamline the traffic in Jawahar Marg and Sapna Sangeeta is come up with a mobility plan. This was implemented on several areas and it seemed to have worked. Its not appealing at al to the common man, the budget is good for no major issues. expectations were high and not much came out.
