Bogadi has a lot of issues. Even after 20 years of being around, basic civic amenities are lacking. The borewells dong function properly and. People had to end up paying 600 to 700 rupees on water tankers. Also regular road cutting activities undertaken by the civic body to 'fix the drainage system' hamper daily commute. It was bad patch up ya. I know! Most of the places they did random patch up of roads wherever they found potholes. That is just so inefficient and waste of money. Hey i think very few units of this project are available for sale. The project looks valid enough, its got all the necessary bank approvals. SBI, Indiabulls, DHFL, Syndicate bank, PNB, IDBI - all these banks have approved this project. I think the farmers are also not getting the compensation at the fair market value. This is really a sad situation that the farmers have to give up their land at throw away prices. The locality doesnt have that many features, however there is this one hospital in here, called the Bilikere Government Hospital. Oh and the Venkkateshwara theatre is also present here. The Bilikere bus stop is basically the only hope of those wishing to venture out of this place. Bogadi has a lot of issues. Even after 20 years of being around, basic civic amenities are lacking. The borewells dong function properly and. People had to end up paying 600 to 700 rupees on water tankers.
