The Integrated Gems and Jewellry Park is situated in the Rangwasa village, and this has rcently attracted a lot of people to this village. The funny thing is that the bypass is 6-lane, when all it needed to be was 4-lane with better connectivity and link roads. Because of going after the 6-lane construction, now there are so many problems here. It would have been lot easier if they had just built a 4-lane bypass to start with. There are a number of hospitals in this area. I myself live here, and Ive always relied on the Sunshine Hospital near Pipal Chowk on the Khajrana road for any kind of emergencies. The NGT is pretty strict with regards to this. They have asked the district collector to talk to the members of the tribunal evey week to discuss and also report the course of action that have taken to complete the work. As far as I know, there's The Daly's College, Kothari-IGNOU Community College, and Radiant College in the vicinity of Piplyahana. I just recently moved to this area. my daughter goes to the Radiant College and my son studies in Tilak Nagar Higher Secondary School. Hey, Talawali chanda is one of the better localities of Indore. The price trends here have been fluctuating snd in the last quarter of 2013, the property rates was only 1900 per square feet! Now after appreciation, the value is around Rs 2100 per square feet. These rates are quite cheap compared to other localities of indore. reason is because talwali chanda is still a growing locality.
