I am blocking an apartment in E-City Town by GM Infinite builder; up front it looks like a steal.
Nothing is much said about them but there has been a buzz here and there about the builder. They could be intentionally posted by their direct/indirect competitors as well. Nothing very substantial on the net. Their project Springfields is running on delay of 3 years but it is the same dismal situation for all high rise apartment in Bangalore.
Request you to do some recce as well and do not forget to post your comments. Please advise and suggest on the quality of construction and credibility of builder. Please Help !!!

The project seems to be good..The price they are quoting currently is 3100/sq ft which is reasonable considering Mana to be one of the reputed builders in mid-range...What do you think guys... In my last review I talked about Goyal cos professionalism and empathy for customer. Well the project is almost ready and I must add three more adjectives for the property and the builders- Honesty, Quality and customer centricity.

Actually in South people strongly believe in Vastu and they prefer apartments or house having Vastu compliance. In-fact people are ready to shell out more money for such kind of homes. I recently bought a property in a BDA approved layout. The registraryion is done and now I have to do the khatha transfer.
1) After registrartion do I need to wait for some time to do khata transfer?
2) What is the procedure for getting the khata transfer.
3) What is the khata transfer charges? some where it is written 2% os property value, say my property value is 40 Lakh, I have to pay 80K for khata transfer? or it is the 2% of registration cost?

Khata transfer is required when the ownership of property is transferred from one person to another for any reason like sale of property, gift, will or in case of death of property owner and so on. The application for Khata transfer is same as that for registration and the documents needed along with application are the following:
1. Title deed
2. Tax paid receipts and Khata details

4. National Saving Certificates for Rs.200/-
5. Death certificate of owner (applicable incase of the death of the property owner)
