Due to poor maintenance of the flyover, it is threating the commuters life. The BBMP said that they will complete the repair work by the end of coming October.
According to sources, the city mayor has ordered the contractors and BBMP officials to complete the Sirsi Circle flyover asphalting works within four months.

Yeah right Bhargav. The flyover is in very bad with numerous potholes. 40 mm of tar will be laid here and the expansion joints has already been replaced.

I think Mr Bhargav and done a lot of research about the project and has covered all aspects of your query in one way or the other. The impact would definitely be positive as good infrastructure facilities movement of goods and commercial activity. The prices along the stretch on the highway would see appreciation. Even the areas closer to the highways would have a positive impact. But for all that to happen, the project needs to be completed. The way things stand as of today, I don’t expect NICE road to be completed in the near future. The other proposal of widening the four lane highway to six lanes looks more promising but it remains o be seen how the project unfolds. I suggest a wait and watch approach as of now.

How was the new launched for affordable and high end segments?
Areas like Mysore Road in West and Jalahalli in North witnessed majority of launches in this segment. There were early 1,800 units being launched in the high-end segment, a 19 per cent increase q-o-q. The high-end capital values are expected to remain the same while mid-end capital values in Eastern, South-eastern and South-western submarkets may or may not witness a slight upward bias due to continued demand for mid-end residential properties.

Hi Sudhir, For me, Aarohi at Sus looked urban, civilized and family location. There was a flyover from Pashankar at the junction of Pashan Sus Road and Mumbai Bangalore Bypass to cross the highway, which was not at Bavdhan Budruk. Essential shopping, public transport, food joints, hospitals, educational institutions and residential buildings on both sides of the road from Sus village to Vidya Valley School telling the story of the locality is the expanding city of Pune.

But the property is joint family property then you have to obtain consent of all family members, if there is already partition among all other joint family members then consent of your family members is mandatory. As far as I know around 130 villa plots are planned and you can avail home loan from banks like LIC, DHFL and Indiabulls.

Yes it is absolutely safe. Porotherm clay hollow bricks has been manufactured since May 2009. Such kind of materials are use to cut down the construction cost, aster construction but such kind of houses last for generations.

As far as I know the project has been approved by BBMP. You can avail home loan from banks like LIC, SBI and HDFC for this project. It is better if you can talk with the builder directly for the project related information.

It seems SBI has approved the project and there will be 7 blocks. The project is spread over 2.75 acres of land and it is a Stilt+G+3 upper floors. It is a 100% Vaastu Complaint project.

What is the status of the project and when is the expected possession? How much is the rate per sqft going on and how much is the booking amount?
They have already started with the construction work and the expected possession date is bu June 2015. Currently the rate per sqft going on is Rs 3200 ( basic price) and the booking amount they are asking is Rs 2.5 lakhs. The basic cost of the apartment ranges from rs 32.54 lakhs to Rs 47.14 lakhs.

Yeah actually there is not much info available about the project the they are not receiving the calls as well. As far as I know the project is approved by BBMP and it is under construction. There will be 5 floors with 130 apartments.

At the time of agreement the builder collects maintenance charges from 12 month or 18 month. The time period and rates differs from builder to builder.

The project is located Near Udupi Grand Restaurant, Kogilu cross, Yelahanka, North Bangalore. It is just 10 minutes from Hebbal Flyover and 5 minutes from Kogilu cross. the project is spread over 4 acres of land and there will be a total of 288 number of units.

Every says that North Bangalore is doing good in terms of residential real estate market.. So in that sense investing in Kogilu Cross will fetch me good returns. Looking for feedback.
In the last 5 years, North Bangalore has seen tremendous growth and the property rates in this zone have appreciated by 52% over the last 3 years. The price of 3 bhk ranges from Rs 33 lakhs to Rs 2.50 crores approximately depending on what types of apartment you are looking for. The project will get completed by October 2018 (as estimated)

About the approvals there is no such update and the builder are new in this project. They have not completed any project till date so it will be difficult to give feedback. I will only suggest you to check everything before booking a property.

Yes, over 5000 citizens have been fighting for their investments in the allegedly fraudulent ventures of Dreamz Infra India Pvt Ltd since 2012. Their investments range from Rs 1 lakh to Rs 1.2 crore. They were shown empty plots and told that construction on those properties would start soon. Still, many buyers are struggling to refund their money.
Yes, most of us have given legal notices before filing a case. We are not going for money recovery, instead of asking for a stay order so that nothing can happen to that land. Later, individually we will file civil suits for money recovery. The investors have filed collective as well as individual complaints against the builders too.
