Hi Ganesh, A Khata is important not B Khata. If the property is B Khata than only you have to convert it to A Khata buit if the property is already A Khata than there is no necessity to convert it to B Khata. I am currently staying at aahika apartments, bannerghatta road. The maintenance there is pathetic. No maintenance staff present at all. My owner has paid the full maintenance charges for one year, and this is causing the builder to take things lightly.
