But now there has been a percentage raise to 5.8%. The construction cost has also risen by 50%. So you can see how there has been a steep increase in the total cost that has to be paid by the builders. So they can do two things, either stop the project or increase the cost of the building. According to experts there will be almost 35000 new jobs every year, and the total investment amount in the sector can increase by Rs 300 crore. Of all the total 220 auto component manufacturing units in MP, 110 are in Pithampur (which is adjacent to Indore) and 45 is in Indore. To be honest with you I must admit that the rains are causing a lot of problems for us Indoreans. Initially we were all very happy when the monsoons started this year, because it has been an exceptionally hot summer. But you know after just a couple of days of heavy rains, things got really bad. Especially here in AB Road, where I live, waterlogging problems are a daily hassle. One day even my car got stuck in the water, after that I totally stopped taking my car out on those roads. Good news for Indore is that the renowned Symbiosis university is going to be set up in Super Corridor. Construction is going to begin in a few months. The college is going to open in 2016, if I'm not mistaken. Actually let me elaborate a little. Ok so under this, anybody who had not being regular in paying their water taxes will receive an ecxemption till March 31 2012. Everything was going good...the amenities that were being provided sounded promising...The builder has told us that the flat would be ready to shift in by June 2010 but due to some legal issue, the construction of the site was stopped. My and family had to wait till septmenber 2011 to shift in...only after the issue got resolved. Today, my family is comfortable but make sure you get all the documents before buying the property so the same does not happen to you. I had a bought a house 3 years ago. Yes, from what I see, this is an excellent place to buy an apartment and give it out on rent. I wont say there are no PUPs, some provisions are there for that, but its definitely not adequate. And forget the pedestrian underpass, the vehicle underpasses are also missing. Both the apartments and villas are located right opposite Sewa Kunj Hospital on Kanadia road. the area has good connectivity. I feel that its the need of the hour to bring down stamp duty in the states like Madhya Pradesh to 5% from the existing rate of 6.25%.
