As per my knowledge, office of the District Town Planner (Enforcement) has sent a second notice to 17 owners of EWS houses in Sector 54 for illegal constructions in the area.The move comes after TOI reported on November 23 that residents of the sector were filing a PIL demanding action against the violators.

According to me, interest has never truly dropped in Dwarka. However, developers, especially investors, were thinking that it hard to hold the costs of units by them as property buyers were not preferring to buy. For those looking to leave the business, bringing down costs was the main choice. Case in point, builders as of late sold unit for Rs 95 lakh which was at first quoted at Rs 1.2 crore.According to me, interest has never truly dropped in Dwarka. Unnati world project was launched in 2014 and still any construction work not started there since 2 years. They only say that some approvals are awaited and work will commence after getting that.

Actually the truth is that, there has been some changes in the construction plans which have been allowed by the Noida Authority. So the builders are actually changing their original plans and incorporating more residential units in the last approved plans. Their new plans still await the approvals. I guess the builder will start the construction in both the plots simultaneously for cost effectiveness. I seriously don't see the construction to begin in a yrs time.Hi All,
