Q: Hi, We all are aware about the Penthouse problem with Krishvi Gavakshi. As most of us aware the Penthouse is not approved or only partially approved. We have reached to Krishvi for verification but again as usual they gave lul response. We have also verified from bank and even one or two bank has confirmed that Penthouse is not approved and loan for the same will not be available. Let us know if anyone has done the agreement with builder for Penthouse.

Many property buyers have booked apartments or flat outskirt Bangalore when the guidance value in those areas were around Rs 500-Rs 1500 per sqft till 2012. But now the guidance values for apartments in these areas are anywhere between Rs 1500 and Rs 5,000 per sqft. I feel the hike in guidance value is going to hit the flat buyers.

I agree with you Mr Utpal. The metro work in Chennai started much later and of the two proposed lines in Chennai, one is almost ready and will be open to public in another 4/5 months. On an average, VBHC homes cost around Rs.10-25 lakh. Recently they have launched a high end project in Whitefield area and it is a joint venture. The apartment priced in this project are priced at around Rs.50 lakh each.

Hi Dipten, As per my knowledge, Karnataka High Court had directed the BBMP to install processing plants in all the 28 Assembly constituencies in the city to reduce the burden on landfills. BBMP is yet to take action, and it does not seem to be in a hurry to implement it either.
Hi All, According to me, who wants unhealthy atmosphere in his/her neighbourhood. Definitely it is a big challenge for BBMP to find suitable place for the plants. Though not a single plant has been installed in the city so far, of the 16 proposed bio-methanisation plants 13 are fully functional.

Sri Siva Sai Vue Grande is a project by Lakasa Promoters and Developers. The developers have successfully completed 7 projects in Bangalore. There is hardly any information available about the builder.
Never heard about the builder though. But it seems Sri Siva Sai Vue Grande has been approved by BBMP and banks like HDFC, ICICI and Standard Charter. For OC you have to talk to the builder

Q: i have purchased a plot in Sizzle properties castle layout in Budigere cross. My registration was done on September 2014 and At the time of registration sizzle people told me that i will get E Khata in 2 months. But till now i didnt got Khata. Hi, The area which you have mentioned is coming under Gram Panchayth, if your layout is approved by the concerned authority, you can apply and get the E - Katha from Gram Panchayath today also, there is no such stoppage from govt by issuing the E Katha in Gram Panchayath areas.

A 2 BHK flat will cost you Rs 36.90 lakh while for a 2 BHK you have to pay Rs 49.90 lakh onward. Stamp duty and registration charges extra.
