Residents of a project in Bengaluru's Electronic City area called Ajmera Infinity took to Twitter and Facebook to post videos of armed goons inside their housing complex at the marketing office of the builder Ajmera Housing Corporation. While the police did not file a first information report initially, but the social media forced police to file an FIR after residents posted videos online. As per my understanding if one is buying ready to occupy flat After July 1st 2017( in an apartment complex project), if the flat is in a building with an Occupancy certificate (even partial occupancy certificate), the sale does not come under the ambit of GST, and the builder can not bill GST charges also. Am I right?

As per my knowledge, nationalized banks do not provide loan for the B Khata properties. So, you will have to approach some other financial institutions who are into B-Khata loans like DHFL, Tata Finance, and Indiabulls, among others. The interest rates will surely be high from the regular loan products. The reason nationalized banks. They will provide you the loan against such properties. It is because they only have building permission, for B Khata properties, you will not get permission for construction.Hello Vishwa,
