Yeah I’ve heard the same things. It is the land at Scheme no 78, Niranjanpur 2nd phase right? I would also like to add the fact that 11% of this 2.99 acre land has already been signed over for the construction of a bus terminal under the BRTS. Other land issues were also sorted out in this meeting, mostly about land acquisitions in scheme no 176. The paperwork has been completed and sent to the state government for further progress. I feel that its due to inadequate infrastructure. In fact right after the second rainfall of this monsoon, the power went out in the evening and it only came back next day morning. Its harassing because the residents have to suffer through without power through all the seasons. During summer there are powercuts on the name of pre-monsoon maintenance work, but still the power goes off almost everytime it rains. So i don’t know what maintenance they are doing actually. Hey man. Apparently the IDA has been allocated land parcels for the development of Infosys in Super Corridor. I think it's going to be completed by 2018/19. Mhow is a nice cantonment that is around 20 km away from Indore. This means it is conveniently away from the unwanted hustle bustle and is pretty calm. This IT park was started only last year in 2013, So I think it is still yet to achieve its full potential. As of now, there is alot of investment scope around this area. Oh yeah I heard about that. Apparently after the first crashed here, the police came and they were trying to remove the remains of the car. I am not so sure about the floor plans of the apartments being released but I had a look at the master floor plans of the community and it has around 3 blocks with atleast 14 floors in each block. You can check out the floor plans here

I don't think the IDA is even working now. They were supposed to start off the construction of a bridge way back eight years ago. the surface area of these plots should somewhere be around 1,100 sq ft area but they are also available in bigger variant of 1,500 sq ft as well. Work on this ROB started back in 2007 to connect Annapurna Nagar with Kesharbagh and Bhawarkuan area.
