Delhi Metro sources said that DUSIB had identified an alternative land, but there was opposition from some of the area residents. Upon completion, the phase-III of the Delhi Metro will add 140 km to the existing operational network stretching over 190 km. The Kalindi Kunj area falls under the Janakpuri WestBotanical Garden corridor while the other two plots fall under the Mukundpur-Shiv Vihar corridor.Hi Mr Tushar,

As per latest news, Noida Development Authority has planned for a cricket stadium for T20 match , One day & test match. This stadium will be a huge land mark in Noida. As it is going to be develop in sector 152. This stadium will be much bigger & spacious than Nahar Singh staduim & Firozshah Kotla stadium in Faridabad. This will be a 50,000 seater cricket stadium in Noida , Sector 152, along expressway.Hi Gautam ,

We can not ignore it that the real estate market has not moved up since the past several years, and the prices, even after slashing, are still high. You will see that buyers won't fall for it. It is true. Tower-E is still being handed over, once people start to live in it, it will plan out wonderful. I live in a 2BHK, with a 3BHK next to me with residents living there and no sound comes. The wall is thick enough, and stops noise. The kitchen doors are badly placed, and I got it removed. Master Bedroom have balconies of sufficient size. You will not get less than 7000/sq-ft. Even 7600/sq-ft seems a distant deal. It will be 8000/sq-ft and beyond. at least for A,B,C,D and maybe E, you can get 7600/sq-ft. But inspect the final demand and see how much you have to pay back to IREO to get the property transfer on your name.Hi friends!!!

MR Proview is a big builder, have many project in NCR. They have good land bank but they have not fully delivered any project in Ghaziabad. They also known for their wrong commitment like they never delivered their any project on time. So, do your all due diligence before investing in their project.
