I dont know what the reason for this ups and downs in the property rates here. I think there will be a boom in this area soon because of the recent infrastructure development. There are good facilities for education available in this locality for the residents, many good schools can been seen in this locality like Lisieux Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Kalamandir Art school, Radcliffe school, Bharathi Matriculation Higher Secondary School etc.I dont know what the reason for this ups and downs in the property rates here. But there is soo much of traffic in this place! Al the roads are completely blocked during the rush hours and it takes hours to clear them! And also, there is too much of garbage lying around.
