Yeah I also feel same. The sizes are a bit too small. The 1 bhk sizes is just 600 square ft. I mean if it had been even 800 square feet then it would have been okay by me. I got to look at the details of the project as to what was supposed to be built in here. Basically, the project was conceived in 2006 and a tender was called in 2007. YEs it is causing obstacles for flow of traffic at the present too, however, IMC which has spent huge amount on the construction of this particular rotary is reluctant to remove it.. SO let's see what is gonna happen. I'll tell you what. There was no proper planning I mean building IT parks does not mean that companies will come flooding in. There needs to be proper infrastructure in the city to accommodate the type of workers to the city.I'll tell you what. I was it was decided recently that construction of affordable housing will be the focus area for the IDA in the coming fiscal year... This is a good plan by the IDA, as the requirement of the affordable houses in Indore is groing.
