Devesh, I would say, Uniworld Garden 2 ill be a better choice compared to others. Emerald Estate is also good, but i would personally go for UG2 only. Anyways, both are delayed and are moving in the same stage. You have to compare the price, location, area, & other factors & decide whichever is most suitable to u.. Hope this helps.. The new land acquisition legislation gives a one-year time frame to other 13 related legislation, mainly Coal Mines Nationalisation Act, 1973 , National Highway Act, 1956 and Land Acquisition (mines) Act, 1885 to make necessary changes conforming to the new legislation. So there are possibilities of no more land related problems to come up and pause the development of the places!Have anyone gone through the report??? There are many steps that are pending. 1) Delhi Govt is yet to declare the villages as urban village. It may take 1 month to 3 yrs. 2) DDA to invite Land for land pooling and give the land back 2-3 yrs., 3) Only post this construction can start.
