@ Supratim , In my point of view, proposed FNG (Faridabad-Noida-Ghaziabad) Expressway (2.5 Km) proposed KGP (Kundli-Ghaziabad-Palwal) Expressway (3.5 Km), proposed flyover over Yamuna River connecting Greater Noida and Greater Faridabad (3 Km), IMT Faridabad (Industrial Model Township in 1832 Acres) (4 Km) . Municipal Corporation Faridabad is supplying water to this area. Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam (DHBVN) is providing electricity to this area.

Hi Shamsundar, there are no home loans at zero percent interest rates as per my knowledge. However, there can be interesting offers offered by banks which you to look out for. Like, I had heard SBI HOME LOANS offers Interest Rates concessions on GREEN HOMES, etc. There is rule of Buying house and paying EMIs after taking possession but I think a minimum down payment has to be done to builder before taking possession. Hi Saran, As per me, Sector 88 is arranged in center of Faridabad. It has close nearness to the effectively created parts like Sector 14, Sector 15 and Sector 16. Near to prime markets of Sector 15, shopping centers & hospitals. 10 Minutes-drive to the up and coming metro station in Old Faridabad. 5 Kms from the proposed FNG (Faridabad-Noida Ghaziabad) Express. Hi, this is a good project, even i am planning for investment in this project. Due to the location the appreciation will be super good. Right now per sq ft rate is Rs 3125 and after 3-5 years this will go up to Rs 5000 + per sq ft. So for investment this is a good project in Noida Extension.

Hi this is a very exciting project especially the idea Supertech has come up with is really marketing well. This Project is in pre launch status, but really good. I myself is looking forward to invest in this project. They have also kept the price adorable, like they are quoting Rs 3500 per sq ft....

Hi, this project started off with a great launch, just because of the location. The project is located close to eastern express highway & framed by ‘Formula 1’ track on the western face. Hence the prices where bit high when the project was launched. This project is by Imperia, they are famous because they have a different vision to provide integrated townships that encompass residential, commercial and office spaces with world class amenities.
What about the price structure of units now??? If i am looking for 3 bhks....

Hmmm this has a very good connectivity, as i can explain that, it is located in sector 70 , just 2 km away from railway station and 3 km from City Center. Hello, Basic necessities like good schools and educational institutes, good medical facilities or entertainment hubs - there is nothing of this sort on the Faridabad map. Q: Hi, I am planning to buy builder floor (single unit) in Sainik colony, I wanted to know whether these floors are valid and as per govt. norms. Builder & dealer says that all the necessary approvals are there like completion certificate, approved maps etc, bank is approving & providing loan here. From where we can verify the status of Society. What is the dispute between Sainik colony society & electricity board (Haryana). Whether buying a home (Builder Home) will be safe in Sainik colony, Faridabad?

Hi Mr Bhagava, As per my knowledge, Sainik colony ,Faridabad is decent location with good residential environment. It is one of the developed sector in Faridabad. This area has all basic amenities like school, college, hospital & banks nearby. It is located very close to Gurgaon-Faridabad road.

Q: Hello friends. I am having a flat in RPS SAVANA n it's posession was supposed to b offered in 2009 but till I have not got posession . Their compensation clause is really great. They charge 24% if payment goes late but provide 5 rs/Sq feet compensation . I request all the people who are having their flat In that to please share their contact detail so that we can get posession along with compensation . Hi, This makes the way for Mangarbani, located in the Faridabad Aravalis, to be declared a forest and its boundaries will be a no-construction zone. The government now needs to shape this through a notification to puts fears of Mangarbani's use to rest once and for all.
In June 2015, the CM had himself taken a chopper to survey Mangar and had promised to protect this ecological treasure. The forest department has proposed that 670 acres of Mangar be determined as the main grove and another 1300 acres as its safeguard.

Hi Aman, Soon after coming to power, the BJP government had followed the line taken by the Bhupender Singh Hooda-led Congress government to reduce Mangar's safeguard zone. This had surprised ecologists. But the 3-hour air-inspection proved to be the turning point. Just two days later, the NCR Planning Board was to meet. Khattar guaranteed before the board that he would ensure Mangar is protected.
And it should be like that because conservation of forests and other ecologically critical zones is a priority of our government. Everyone is concerned about climate change.

At the same time i found that this prime project is in prime location as all the daily basic necessities are nearby.
