If the property falls in revenue pocket where agricultural land has been used for non agricultural purpose without obtaining land conversion permission, even then the owner will get PR card but the remarks section will mention about the violation of land usage. Currently, most builders are collecting Rs. 150 per sq. ft towards BESCOM and BWSSP.
In my area, Kaveri line is not yet laid, and the builder has said that we have to pay from our pocket whenever the line comes, if it happens after he leaves. He has currently provided 3 borewell, and has made all provisions for Kaveri water to be connected whenever it is available.
Also, in case of BESCOM, he has said that a small meter transfer charge will have to be paid, inspite of already paying the above.
I would like to understand, what all do to expect from builder to be provided in this amount? Should we collect any specific documents, receipts from him for the above, both individually and as an association?
Also, should I expect any other additional charges later on?

Rental on Tranquility is not very high so I am thinking rather than investing lumpsum on a ready possession flat I should go for something which will be ready by the time area (Budigere) is developed even more. Meanwhile I can put the balance money in FDs, MFs etc.
Dream acres appears promising as well but I did not like the road leading to it from Varthur.. goes through a narrow village road. The road on the other side is good and will be widened by Sobha itself. Another drawback I thought was that this was away from the airport though close to some current IT offices

The built up area of NCC Green Province ranges from 2763 sqft to 4863 sqft. The price of villas in this project ranges from Rs 2.07 crores to Rs 3.64 crores approx. The project offers 2 and 3 bhk apartments. The area for 2 bhk apartment will be 1314 sqft and available in Tower A,B,C and D.
There are two different types of 3 bhk apartments available in this project. The area of 3 bhk will be 1762 sqft and available in Tower A,B,C and D and a 3bhk+servant room will have area of 1890 sqft and it is available only in Tower B and D.The project offers 2 and 3 bhk apartments. Yes, you can get Khata-Tax ID done with BBMP online? It has a simple process through BBMP site. You have to just follow these simple steps 1) Go to the link bbmp.gov.in 2) Click to the tab GIS Based New PID 3)Go to the bottom of the page and click on To Know Your New PID Click Here 4) Enter the application number you used for your property tax payment or enter your Old PID Number and click on search, 5) Click on your name and then click Fetch. You will get the details. Check for correctness. Copy and Print this page for your records.Hello Asit,
