Right now there is no project in NOida where in you could get rate of Approx 3500 Rs per square feet Basic and we all invested here in the same rate bracket.........Now they are seeing this as gold mine because everywhere rates are approx Rs 4200 per sq ft basic rate .....They are demanding that all investors in Ajnara Ambrosia should withdraw their amount given to the builder and now after 5-6 months they will sell the same inventory at the rate of RS 4500-5000 per sq ft.............I might be wrong but something is fishy with Ajnara Ambrosia now........I have come to known that Ajnara is scrapping this project due to land problems.......But how can such reputed builder do this ??? Either this is game played by the builder or some consortium........Any inside story Please or comment ?? I have also invested in this project in last May 2012....There is hardly any response from the Ajnara office...

As per my knowledge, it is little hard to get 2BHK in Noida in this budget(25Lac). If you will increase your budget up to 30-35Lac then you can easily get 2BHK apartment. i invested in buddha circuit studio phase 2 in 2013 and already give 10 lac , since last 3 years there is no movement , even not started , invester clinic people made me fool , i am sure many others also invetsed there ? what we should do now ? do we have any group to make legal case against jaypee for same or what should i do ? when i make call to them after 3 years , some one told that they can also refund money with in 6 months . does any one has already received money with intererst from them ?

A statement is made by the JP, company is asking for all docs instead of a "assured" return of principal in 6 months. But considering the current status of the project, i have doubt in mind that they would even return the principal amount after 6 months.Hi Folks,

In ACE platinum builder is not providing NOCs to the flat owners. Without NOCs owners can not sell their units.
One of my friend contacted to the ACE group for the NOC and the spokesperson said that they will not provide NOCs till all the available units are not sold.
So in this condition you can not sell your flat event if it very much urgent for you to sell. So for those who purchase flats in the ACE platinum for investment purpose their investment is kind of stuck for next two-three years.

I visited Jaypee before Holi and there is no work happening on the back side (towers 60-80). They are telling everyone that they will deliver them in Feb 2017. Spoke to a contractor there (KB Builders who seem to be the only one still working for Jaypee) and even he said if Jaypee is telling 1 year then add another year to that and by that time only you can expect possession. Not sure if Jaypee would still be around that time.Hi,
