Hoysala samruddhi violated CDP plan. please go to BDA and get the CDP plan and check it. I checked it and they violated the CDP plan and BBMP rules. Please do not buy this property, because you will lose hard earned money. If any one wants the CDP plan where they violated the plan please mail and I will send you the details. Hoysala samruddhi, amruthahalli violated and any time the apartment will be in huge risk.

Q: Ozone Urbana (or other equivalent big builders) is selling plots in the range of 3000+. Is it really worth? I'm aware that Business Park/ IT parks etc. I still do not see any major signs of any such reality on the grounds. Most of the people buying in Devanahalli is for investment and not for serious dwelling. How many years it will take to even double? Is Devanahalli just a hype, which is already oversold?

My comments to replies
Township projects typicall have very large gestation periods and the appreciation would be slower initially. Once there is development visibility, the appreciation is much faster. Since the project is in a more strategic location and an integrated development is being planned, the investor is bound to have very long term benefits.
I think investing in this project will fetch me good returns and the project is also by one of the reputed builder.Need views from people who have already booked a property in this project.

Location & proximity is good, but the people working at the developers office will ensure your buying experience long lasting one ...pathetic is an understatement. Scripted & need constant chasing otherwise they are least worried....guess the attitude is because once you pay 25% you are stuck & they treat people with their own leisure ....if you are serious about buying in north bangalore check out Rashi they are amazing guys.

An all inclusive 1735 sqft will cost approx Rs 86 lakhs... No prob Harsha, i was told that the project is approved by BBMP and home loans is available from SBI and LIC.. i think other nationalized banks and private banks too might be funding if the project has been approved by SBI...

Yes, but I didnt want to spend too much time on replacing tiles, so I just applied new tiles on the old ones, looks so much better, those tiles they have installed are not very nice. I just selected some nice tiles and then used Roff non-skid adhesive to reapply them and it looks like I never moved a thing around but those hideous tiles are gone.

He is having projects named "Sriven Luminous Amaltas" and "Sriven Exotica" The Quality of maintaince is very poor. Builder and his people will cheat you (initially will talk very good with you) Will not give the proper docs to bank, and will ask to go behind Bank. Then he will as to to pay money as date is over. Similarly, Pune-based ABIL Group bought into projects in Mumbai and also done 3 joint ventures in the recent past. Apart from the JV with DB Realty and Radius for Bandra Project, it has done JVs with Sumer Group in the Santacruz and Mazgaon areas of Mumbai.
The slowdown has been particularly hard for developers because demand has dried not only from buyers but also from investors. Investors, who typically account for half of the market, have started cashing out as they see no benefit in staying invested in a market where prices are motionless.

What about connecting metro stations to Bommasandra? How many metro stations they are planning to construct?
Connecting metro stations to Bommasandra is critical as it connects Electronics City. There will be 16 stations in between RV Road and Electronic City. BMRCL have already notified around 500 properties there that we will require to set up the metro. BMRCL is waiting for the approval from the state government for an elevated structure at the junction ( intersection point near Jayadeva Hospital)
