Hey the average price for sq ft here is around 3100 rupees and i think that it is pretty reasonable. They have ample space for parking and the floor plans of apartments look quite spacious. But i dont think the are ready to occupy yet. Ok no wonder they are calling RS Puram a commercial hub. There are so many places to shop here. Other than the smaller places, the Rajathi mall is here, also the Brookefields mall, Pinkz, and HR Towers. Social infra wise, i think this place is doing pretty good. Ok so you guys should probably be aware that the Siruvani Main road is better referred to as the Perur road also.
