Super corridor is coming up as an industrial hub in Indore. A lot of commercial establishments are also coming up here fast ... The land price is around 2000 to 2300 per sq ft for apartments and independent houses. Hey, I heard that there were some disturbances in Mhow between the residents and the contonement authorities. Im not sure though. There has definitely been a rise in the numbers. Hey, Talawali Chanda is a wonderful locality. The airpot is barely 20 km and the railway station is 15 km away. AB Road links this area to all the important places. You'll find schools, shops, hospitals and malls within ten km of this city. I suggest you visit the area once and do a survey from among the multitude of institutions present here. Yeah actually, despite being located on the south western outskirts of the city, it is still well connected, I mean the SH1 itself passes through here. Of course in here its called the Mall Road.
