@ Supratim , As per my knowledge, Neherpar is the fastest developing area of Delhi NCR, which has given good returns to all the investors, within 4 years this area will be the best place to be lived in, all roads are well sized minimum size of road is 12 meters. It will be the non polluted area and green area and is know well known as Greater Faridabad.

Due to the new expressways and metro connectivity Noida has become one of the hot spot for properties in Delhi NCR region. NH 24 is one of the highway for which sectors like Sectors 76 and 78 have witnesed a good rise in pice. Arounf 5% have increased druing the month of oct-dec 2012. But the fact is, the projects are mushroming like anything. And decided that trash bins will be installed in various parts of the city. You known what, i have noticed one thing that mostly people who are shifting in greater faridabad are the localities who work in Faridabad and also the rent is very low and mostly investors are not much interested to rent there flats the demand will grow when some infrastructure will in place all projects of sector 86 have got possession. Few projects like Omaxe heights and summer palms initiated a master road so that occupency will go up atleast 60 % for these projects. Even u guys reasearch that princes park and ozone apartments also came close to master road and tigon road which is under construction . According to my perception.....FAR will become applicable for all properties. So i think under utilised its FAR s/he may expand the floor and these are applicable for approved colonies only. The sizes that's available for 3 BHK is 1065 sq ft and the price they are quoting is RS 3230 +PLC....

The 75-metre-wide expressway will start from Sector 150, on the outskirts of Noida. A letter regarding the proposal has been sent to the Haryana Urban Development Authority for approval.
Hi , As per different sources, the road, being built along the Yamuna pushta (canal), will ease congestion on the expressway, besides providing connectivity to over two dozen sectors along it in Noida towards Delhi, Faridabad and Ghaziabad.

Road connectivity is also good at this location. Water is supplied by Municipal Corporation Faridabad & Electricity is provided by Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam (DHBVN). Some interior works are still going on. Yes, few flats are still available for booking in 4BHK in 3061 sq-ft. and the price is Rs. 1.68 Cr. Sorry, this project offers only 4 BHK. It is a G+16 story apartment consisting 36 units of 4BHK in 17.25 acres of land.

Okey, No, the quoted price is negotiable and anywhere in 4300-4500/sq-ft will be a reasonable price for this locality but the price may vary from locality to locality and the amenities provided by the developer in the project. The current residential property rate in the locality is Rs. 4200-4400/sq-ft.

This project is located in a prime location which is having all basic amenities nearby. This is a developing sector ,here you can expect good return in 3-4 years. Approx 1830 acres Industrial Model Township (IMT) in progress.
@Mishra, This sector is well maintained by Municipal Corporation Faridabad & Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam (DHBVN) . Sector 12 metro station is only 3 km away from this project.. This sector is very close schools & hospitals. There is no civic issue on this sector. Here investment is a good advice & handsome profit in property resale.

Not at all like its neighbors, i.e. NCR areas and Delhi, Faridabad's realty might not have earned as much as premium but rather according to news that is doing the rounds, however there is a ton you can anticipate.

It depends of the locality and the availability of nearby facilities. If you are buying a plots in interior side, it will cost you less but road approaching plots will cost you more.
