Hi, Current price quoted by the developer is Rs. 5000/sq-ft and the residential property price trend in the locality is Rs. 5650/sq-ft. As per the conversation made with the developer and found that the date of possession will be December'2015.

Currently builder quoted price is around 3299/ sq-ft. This is township project of G+18 floors. Possession of this project is around 2016 March.

Currently, Real Estate Bill has been referred by Rajya Sabha to a select committee on May 6 for its examination with instruction to submit its report by the last day of the first week of the current monsoon session. And it is expected that the 21-member committee headed by BJP member Anil Madhav Dave is likely to submit the report this week.

Hi, frnds Hingland park is a Ansals properties, Ansals is a big name, hence the project will be good and worthwhile project. This is a new launch project , like three to fourth months ago. Just that normally Ansals have delay delivery. Rest you can trust them. They have promised the possession date of this project to be in end of 2017. I had a word with th sales person they said construction started.

Hi Mr Dhir , according to my knowledge , from the builder's side : they are only selling the units to the employees of TCS , IBM and Erickson. If a broker is telling that means he has taken the flat from the owner and want to resale it to you in a much higher price. The Raj Nagar Extension is situated on this new Meerut bypass.The place enjoys the status as the most well planned city in the NCR, having high connectivity with Delhi as well as Noida the place is simply giving the residents the super good connectivity.To note down the perfect distance kindly go through this :From Raj Nagar Extension it is just a 15-minute drive to Delhi, Greater Noida is 35 minutes, Vasundhara is 10 minutes, Indirapuram is 10 minutes, Vaishali is 10 minutes , Meerut and Hapur is 40 minutes each.

See in terms of investment , right now the place is not ready to give you immediate returns.Raj nagar ext is not a recommended locality for investment as this are is saw a very low growth rate from past few years and expectation is it will move slow for next few years. if you are looking for investment point of view i would suggest explore option in Gr. Noida and expressway or if you are looking in GZB go explore option in indirapuram.
Guys i need a lot of news and collect information about real estate destinations, if you ask my suggestion, the i would likw to say that the fact that all the projects here have necessary approvals in place and that the developers are bankable provides comfort to end users. Some real estate experts feel that the only solution is to check all the modalities before investing.

Most importantly investment is easy and more safe is because there are no land mafai or land litigation story on Crossing republik. There are new areas which are also rising up, like Noida Extension and Indirapuram, but all this place has some legal issue or some land litigation, hence you money is not safe there . Guys when there is already a land issue and which is not yet solved, how do you expect it to get solved so early, that you guys are expecting the returns. Even if you buy plot, if the place is not good enough for investment, why will anyone even buy it!!!!
Actually the problem is the land is still in problem...the issues are not yet solved , hence builders are bit scared about investing in there. Moreover the area is really bad.. as there are villages behind and surrounding , the area is nowhere safe!! Then why will any builder put their money into this...

Hmmm the sectors that are lien gin this stretch are Sectors 124 to 144 . The areas get the best locational advantages.On any given day during peak hours, it easily takes around 1 hour and 30 minutes to reach Sector 62 from Connaught Place, Delhi, whereas Noida-Greater Noida Expressway is only an hour’s drive from CP.

Basically Emaar MGF Colonnade is a mix use of Hospitality with a 4 Star Luxurious Hotel and retail. This project is the best for investors as well as for the end-users . The project is yet to be launched, but they are now focusing on the commercial market.Once they get all the approvals for that, then they will move towards the residential complex.. The project is located bang on 150 metre Golf Course Extension Road next to Emaar MGF's premium residential community Palm Drive.

Hi Harsh, Kursi Road is the famous place of Lucknow. It is one of the most developing areas in Lucknow. It is very close to the industrial area and some colleges and malls are in developing phase. Area is developing very fast with high potential for future return. One should keep the investment period of atleast 5-10 yrs. In 10 yrs. it will give you the 3 times of your investment. Q: I recently rented a flat in Conscient Heritage One and have faced quite a few issues with the quality of construction and fittings. There appear to be major problems with the electrical wiring, power backup, metal and other fittings, modular kitchen, and maintenance. Maintenance is unpredictable in service provision; sometimes, they respond and sometimes they don't. Although they are supposed to provide intercom facility, this is given only if you subscribe to the Conscient-owned DelDSL broadband connection, which has a sluggish and poor customer service. I don't know whether the internet itself works, as I have not had a clear response from their team to requests for a connection for over 10 days now. Hi Saras, Tata Value Homes Sector-150 is an upcoming project and builder has not disclose price information except BHK configuration and project locality. Once they will get the required approval then might disclose everything. Thanks...

Hi Anil, There is no update on towers 54 plus...i do go to Kosmos once a month. The only towers which show any progress in this block are KM-53 and KM-54. I have a unit in tower 46. All of their project are delayed and buyers are paying hefty amount as a EMI.
