For this, I googled and found some past history about builder or promoter (Mr Malla Reddy) committing some nuisance in Hyderabad after absorbing 70% of flat cost. Q: I want to know about the price for Vinyl flooring, as I am looking to install it in my home.

Vinyl is an affordable flooring product which is mold, water and stain resistant. The rate per sq. ft. ranges from Rs. 49 to Rs. 392.
Both vinyl sheet and vinyl tile are made from the same material but they differ in size. Vinyl sheet comes in rolls either six feet or 12 feet wide, with each roll containing a single sheet of vinyl whereas Vinyl tile usually comes in 12-inch squares (12" x 12") with an adhesive backing.

I am planning to buy a land owner share flat now in Mahaveer Lakes. The sales guy told me that the Cauvery water supply is there for the apartment. Is it true? Are you getting cauvery water there? I am waiting for your reply as I am planning to visit again this Saturday.
When I inquired about the project many be few months back it was told to me that they are going to provide Cauvery Water connection but not sure if they are really providing or not. I think it will be better if you can talk with some of the owners already staying in this project.

Swastika provides good amenities and is reasonably priced when you look at other projects in the area. I think you should go for a site visit yourself, look at the progress, model flat, area etc and then decide. I would rely on my judgement in these matters and then talk to existing buyers and then decide. In fact, this is exactly what I did before booking a flat in Phase II!

The visual appeal of the so called ‘sample flats’ has struck the right chord with present day buyers, who wish to touch and perceive the idea of the perfect home, they wish to purchase. Such flats are indicative and generates the idea of space and dimension to a purchaser. However, the onus of categorizing the main difference between real and perceived value, depends entirely on the buyer.
I second you Mr Sachin, Now-a-days most of the developers have catalyzed on this marketing gimmick and showed the buyers a sample idea of the future production and the buyers are making most of this opportunity at hand. Furthermore, realtors have the sense in injecting visibility of their products via a sample flat, which aids in increasing the footfalls to the project.

South West Winter Park County is an ongoing Gated Community. The project will have 200 luxury duplex Villas with approximate area of 1600 sqft to 2400 sqft. These villas will have a built up area of 2000 sqft to 3000 sqft. The price going till today was Rs 2250. They are going to increase the price from tomorrow.
Actually I was planning to go for a site visit tomorrow. Any idea how much will they increase? What about the approvals from local body and banks?

In view of the impending completion of the eastern loop of the ORR, prices in the locality have appreciated by up to 20 per cent in many areas in the last year. This is mainly in lieu of the enhanced accessibility to these areas via the ORR. It is expected that once the remaining stretch of 800 m on the eastern loop is completed, property prices would appreciate by a further 10 per cent.

I visited two residential site projects (first one named Raja Honeydew- BMRDA approved) before Pride Vatika, Rolling Hills, Nirman Nisarga and it have been just 1Km from the main road (Bannerghatta jigani road). They are quoting for Rs:1550 per square feet and they are coming down for Rs1525. There are lots of villas around by this project and I am thinking of buying two sets. Is it good to invest in this project and can someone let me know how much maximum I can negotiate. IT Centric locations such as Whitefield, Sarjapur Road in East and Electronics City in the South are expected to give high returns due to rapid construction and upcoming metro. Northern areas such as Devanahalli and Yelahanka too have a good future are they are on a path to develop as IT hubs. Prices are pretty affordable right now. Hello Vikasvi, Brigade Woods, a proposed luxury residential project by Brigade Groups is a joint development with Yuken India Ltd., next to Brigade Tech Park in Whitefield. It is a low rise development of ground plus 4 floors with a mix of 1, 2, 2.5, 3 and 3.5 bedroom homes. This project is currently in prelaunch phase and builder has applied for RERA approval.

Hello Sir, Prestige Elysian by Prestige Group located Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore is an upcoming project and they are waiting for the RERA approvals. There is no latest info on it. As soon as they will get the approvals from the concerned authorities, will display and advertise the required information for the buyers.
