Stay away from this builder Ashed Properties. They terrorize their clients by demanding money that is not in the agreement, they refuse to answer your questions or attend complaints unless you pay money. The lethargic people at Ashed office will delay everything beyond imaginable limits and then they will charge interest for all the delays caused by them when collecting installments from you. I am talking from the experience of buying a flat from these guys.

Hi Rahman, I hope you know that Bangalore is facing water crisis these days and many localities have to depend on water tankers for water. So when you know that the project is not having rain water harvesting, no open area, and no water recycling. There is no point of buying a property in such project. And one borewell for 32 units is not at all sufficient and does the project has sewage treatment plant...
