N.D. Passion Elite is an ongoing project by N.D. Developers. The project is spread over 3 acres with 28% open space for greenery. It comprises of 5 Blocks with basement+ stilt + 8 upper floors featuring 2 and 3 BHK apartments and 4 BHK penthouses.

Yeah I have heard about it. Metro Phase II from RV Road moving towards Central Silk Board will travel over the central median near Jayadeva Hospital.For this they have to demolish the 10 years old flyover which was built at a cost of Rs 21 crores.

Q: Stay away from this builder Ashed Properties. They terrorize their clients by demanding money that is not in the agreement, they refuse to answer your questions or attend complaints unless you pay money. The lethargic people at Ashed office will delay everything beyond imaginable limits and then they will charge interest for all the delays caused by them when collecting installments from you. I am talking from the experience of buying a flat from these guys.

Hey Srinivas.. this project is not yet launched, they have already done soft launch and many bookings are over. The soft launch price was Rs 3,900 per sq ft and now the current price is Rs 4,300 per sq ft.

Hi Mangal, Till now the builder has completed only one project and the other project is under construction. The construction of the project started around 2.5 years back but not yet completed. Only HDFC bank has approved the project. They builder is not ready to give the land owner family tree and the documents are also not proper

Nandi hills is far away from Bangalore. It will take a long time for projects to pick up there. According to me the locality is good for long term investment purpose as the locality is slowly and gradually developing but definitely it is going to take some time. CMRS The Element is a villa plot project in Whitefield by CMRS Group. the project offers 1200, 1500 and 2400 plots. The project is around 11 kms from ITPL and 3 kms from National Highway.

Hi...I have invested in this project after lot of research about the location prospects and the other projects in the vicinity. The location if one of the best in East Bangalore . Near ITPL (7-9 kms), proposed whitefield metro station (Last station of phase 2 metro), location earmarked for purple (industrial zone) in BMRDA CDP, only junction in Bangalore (Near Channsandra) where the proposed PRR (Peripheral ring road-300 ft) , STRR (Satellite town ring road(300 ft) and NH 207 meet each other, 3 km from NH 207, near to malur industrial zone, 3.5 kms from delhi public school, Near the proposed Bangalore-Chennai 6 lane express way (One of the critical projects funded by JBIC), abutting road to the project is proposed to be a 80 feet road as this is to be used by the Oil companies (IOC, HPCL etc,,) in the vicinity and connects all the way to NH 207 on one side and malur industrial area on the other side etc,,,etc,. . GAG Amrutha is an ongoing project and the possession is expected by 2015. For now only 2,3, and 4 bhk east and North facing apartments are available for booking.

As per my knowledge, the booking amount of a project is Rs 3 lakhs and the project offers good amenities like Clubhouse, Mini Theatre, Swimming Pool, Tennis Court, Badminton Court, Billiards, Children's Play Area, Amphi Theatre, Jogging Path, Steam & Sauna.
I am planning book it for an end use purpose. What is the status of the project? Has the project got all the necessary approvals? How much is the price of the apartment going on and how many units will be there?

It is quite clear, particularly when one considers the Bangalore project, that the attempt was to pull on the matters by convincing settlement, and in the meanwhile, create 3rd party rights or divert the assets and deny the creditors of their dues.

So when you know that the project is not having rain water harvesting, no open area, and no water recycling. There is no point of buying a property in such project. And one borewell for 32 units is not at all sufficient and does the project has sewage treatment plant...
