Tell you what. This is not just about the mela or something. THere are some electricity and water problems too will be solve with this. Yes, i dont know how stable the market is here. in March 2014 the price was around 3,100 but now I think it decreased slightly to 2,900 per sqft. Hey, you dont need to fret about the commuting, there is already the Dewas Bypass Road. Its a 19 km long stretch between Indore and Bhopal. This road will be constructed from the Khade Ganpati Mandir on the Kila road to the the Agra bombay road. this road is also being constructed in two phases, in the first phase the road will be from the Mandir to the Super corridor, and in the second phase, it will be constructed from Super Corridor to the Agra Bombay road.Hey apart from these two roads, there is another road that is coming up. I wouldn't go on to call it expensive. The prices in the aforementioned areas is at around Rs. 2800 per sq. feet at the maximum which is great. The econoic meltdown is actually a really big reason and I think that the real estate market in the city is really badly effected by this. Many SEZs in the city would have meant that there will be many more investments in the city, but many of the big builders seem to be withdrawing from the market.
