I have made a booking with Kashish Manor ONe, Sec 111, Gurgaon. The agreement talks about a Price Escalation Clause. Whatever be the construction cost of the facility, at the end of 3 yrs, a buyer shall have to pay for inflationary cost. This can increases the price significantly more than the agreed price. Say, Inflation is 7% pa. This makes it an additional increase of 30% in price of apartment.
I am contacting the management but to no avail. Request other KASHISH MANOR ONE owners to take note .

This will help the investors to invest in more projects and they require to pay just 10 percent of the total cost as booking amount whereas around 70 percent of the total cost needs to be paid for a project that’s ready or nearing completion. At the time of possession- 5%.
