This project has been going on forever. Even now some works are still going on but the road is definitely usable now. this project has helped curb traffic on the Narasimharaja Boulevard and prevented heavy vehicles from entering the city. Yes this is definitely a good thing, because most banks and financial institutions would not be ready sponsor any new business for a period of just 30 years. Now the companies don’t have to spend a bunch of money in buying land for their businesses, they can just lease the land and instead invest the money in propagating their business. The good thing is that there are going to be some serious laws incorporated in this allotment scene, which will prohibit the construction of marriage halls or other those kinds of buildings on these grounds. Hey the Kaveri river actually runs through Krishnarajagara towards its north. There there's a really nice hotel of sorts called Royal Orchid Brindhavan Garden. Actually if I remember correctly, there was substandard sand delivered to the contractors some years ago. It was in the news. Probably that is the reason for the government restrictions etc. I hope the government itself finds a solution to this. Actually it is not that bad. There are most of the facilities within 10 kms. So you get a calmer place to stay away from traffic and all that. It is an in thing these days.
