The area has no evident history of any theft or vandalism although this hasn’t deterred the various Townships to employ state of the art security mechanism in their projects in the area. Located between Hosur and Whitefield, Sarjapur has good police patrolling all through the day. Hey Jagdish, As far as I know the builder have completed only one project in Bangalore and three projects are in different level of construction. Jains Aashraya is one of the ongoing project and the estimated possession date of the project is by 2017. Dust is the only drawback of this locality.Their asking rate is 4000 per sqft. They have clear documents. BBMP, BWSSB, BESCOM and A Khata approved project.
