Well, you can't say that. Compared to the rest of the city, it is cleaner. But yes of late there have been many complaints with respect to drainage overflow and improper disposal of waste. Q: Moving to Masakalipalayam soon, have found a really nice house there for my family, also it will be close to my workplace. But Ive heard some negative things about the road. The roads, streets and lanes that branch off the road on eastern and western side in Mahalakshmi Kovil Street, Mehta Layout, Sankar Layout, Lakshmipuram, Kasturibai Gandhi Nagar and a few other areas are equally bad, if not worse.Also, its not just the main Masakalipalayam road that is in bad shape. It is not very old. Sai Radha apartments came up in Sep 2013. And they have a 24 hour inverter based power backup and garden and security and all. Nothing fancy other wise.It is not very old. Hey, Sree Dakshas Adhvya Project is a good apartment project actually. The buildings are quite elegant. They have combined the elegance of the traditional style into a futuristic setting. Staying in a place like that would obviously make you feel great. Moreover, the project is from Sree Daksha Property Developers.

But, only the prices of the rowhouses are known. The sale price of a 2 bhk house is around 50.40 lakhs. Isn't the price a little higher for a two bhk?

I really agree with you. Provided these facilities, it is a great deal. Also, the project is the seventh prestigious luxury project of Lumbodhara Promoters. They provide 2 bhk apartments as well as 3 bhk apartments. The price of a 2 bhk is in between 42.92 lakhs and 45.47 lakhs. A 3 bhk has a price range of 68.85 lakhs to 76.28 lakhs.
I too was looking for an apartment that has approval of Coimbatore Municipal Corporation. This project is one such project. Getting loans for this project is very easy as it also has the bank approvals of leading banks and financers like DTCP, Corporation bank, HDFC bank, Axis bank, Syndicate bank, and ICICI Bank.

guys, this is a premium luxury apartment i guess. because the price of the apartments start from Rs. 1.14 crores onwards. They are not yet ready for possession though. Mostly there are residential lands and plots available in terms of property in PN Pudur. There were some apartment projects that have ready to move in from a few years now, but I dont know if they still have apartments in those or not. Healthcare wise there isnt enough here, other than the Rani Nursing Home, here in Muthusamy Colony in Telungupalayam. Here is some information about the average prices for the properties in the area. Currently the approx rate is around 2300 per sq ft. Avarampalayam area has a railway crossing near it and commuters have to pass through there when move from Ganapathy and Gandhipuram. Only 3 BHK apartments are available in this place. The built up areas of these flats is almost the same. It is from 1370 sq. feet to 1380 sq. feet overall. So here's what's happening right now. High Tension lines are being laid for about 10 kilo metres and about 94 kilo metres of over head lines are being converted into underground cables. Hey, this years budget had very little to offer to the city. in terms of major infrastructure projects other than the projects announced by former chief minister J Jayalalithaa such as Vellalore bus stand, multilevel car parking and ring road around Sanganoor pallam.
