yeah. one of the most basic reasons for this trend that i see is that there was good connectivity to the rest of the town. The Kalapatti Main road intersects the locality as well as the Saravanampatti-kalapatti road. Most of the houses that you can get here is individual houses, but there are some apartment projects also like Srivatsa Sankara Apartments.yeah. one of the most basic reasons for this trend that i see is that there was good connectivity to the rest of the town. this is much of a happening locale. with the proximity to the Avinashi road, the connectivity is a high point in this region actually. there are link roads that connect to major road. ukkadam, i feel is a mix of commercial spaces and residential areas intermingled in one area. There you can see lots of development along the palakkad road which is NH 162. Avinashi Road offers a good connectivity between some important part of the coimbatore city. The roads in Singanallur have been neglected by the authorities. With so many developments in the town side, I don't understand how the roads are so dusty and in bad shape. Kalapatti has grown massively in the past 10 years I feel. With so many IT companies coming up, farmers have been selling their lands at high prices so that more infra facilities can be developed. I recently only asked them for a quote. They said Rs 4750 per sq ft for both 2 BHK and 3 BHK. Same price. The area they offer is 1330 sq ft for the 2 BHK and 1435 - 1680 sq ft for 3 BHK. Hey sobha builders are a very reputed infrastructure group in Bangalore and in other cities. they have made many good residential apartments and villas, so i dont think there will be anylegal issues when it comes to this project...
Hey yeah, this project also have DTPC approval and you can obtain a loan from many major banks like the HDFC bank, Axis bank and ICICI bank... and the location of this project is also really good! I think its nice idea to purchase a villa here in vedapatti

Hey, the LMS Lakshita is still under construction if I am not wrong. It has just been launched, and i have heard that they are offering only 3 bhk villas for sale. The builders are the LMS Builders and Developers who are fairly new in the business, and have around 3 other projects in the pipeline. Hey the LCS Solitaire is said to be launched soon in the puliakulam area. This project has been undertaken by the LCS City Makers pvt ltd, who have many good projects in the past. I think this project has around 48 units for sale in 2 bhk and 3 bhk flats.
Hey yes, they are offering 2 bhk and 3 bhk apartments and the area of these apartments is around 1200 sq ft to 2800 sq ft. The price is on request right now, but i think the present price in Puliakulam for independent houses is around 4100 rupees per sq ft. so the price for the villas will start from 49 lakhs and will go up till 1.1 crore.

I think connectivity wise also there is enough scope. I mean since the SH 167 passes right through here, the place is pretty well connected. Also the Thadgam road also is on hte right side. Thats another rouite to PN Pudur.
Actually both the Marudhamalai road and the Thadgam road passing through here, are the sites for whatever little commercial activity this place sees. Like couple of small restaurants like Cocoabay, Ninhao Chinese Restaurants, Aashirvad Fast Food, etc. I suggest you tell your brother to find an apartment somehwere on either road only.

Yes, the market here is very unstable. I think right now, the price arund this area is 5,000 rupees per sq ft. Currently the proeprty chart of telungupalayam is dominated almost entirely by the apartments and flats. This stretch is located in Gopalapuram, and suddenly Im seeing so many apartment projects being launched here. But there are mostly bungalows around here. There is a central island in which are several huge bungalows. Basically the old race course road envelops this entirely. Hi man. I can help you with that. Here's what I know so far. This is being constructed by Shri Kubhera Parivar. It has really good design if we consider the blueprints. Hey so this place will have close to 100 units and it will be a gated community meaning there's better security to you and your family so that is not a concern if you are planning to buy one here.
Hey one more thing about this project. IT is still under construction. And according to the builders the villas in here will be available for buying from around the December of the coming year in 2015 which looks pretty good for your buy date too.

Hi, yes Siddhapudur is a nice locality situated in the central region of the city. The ocality has prominent neighbouring localities like Rathinapuri, Kamaraj Nagar, P N Palayam, ATT Colony, Tatabad, Gandhipuram, Nalvar Layout, Sivasakthi Colony, GKS Nagar, and Sivananda Colony.

You can check out the floor plans for the row houses on the internet and can also go through pictures of the building under construction. The apartments look good for investment on paper but lets just see how it shapes out in the future. I think there are only 3 bhks available here. So the company is expecting to make this happen through a public private partnership mode. Work being done here is pretty extensive. I went to ask an engineer to ask about it. He said that these underground cable works included new cables and conversion of overhead lines to underground cables. Fresh projects for the year include e-waste warehouse, natural fertilizer factory, bio-methanisation plant and escalators at Singanallur bus stands. and that is just about it, you know.
