There are a number of projects on the book now, which are definitely going to lower the travel time from Mysore to other cities like Bangalore, Chennai, etc. Hopefully the Mysore – Bangalore railway track redoubling work, which has been in the works for several years now, will be completed by March 2015. That will be a bigtime help as many people like you, are looking to invest in Mysore real estate, and this will only help in capital appreciation. Actually you’re in luck. Its basically because the shopkeepers all park their cars on the allotted parking spaces and as a result the shoppers don’t get any space, to park, so they just do it on the streets, blocking it completely. It is really tough to drive through here, I make it a point to avoid this road whenever I’m driving by, otherwise I’ll be stuck forever.Well you’re not completely wrong. Yeah there's a new project that Union Ministry of Road Transport and Highways has in store for Mysore. They plan to extend NH 212 highway that passes through Kozhikode in Kerala and Kollegal in Karnataka, to also pass through a part of the city of Mysore.

I gotta know that the Floor Area Ratio for Mysore is pegged at between 1.25 to 1.50. This is lot lesser than that the FAR of Mangaluru which is 2.5 to 3. I remeber the prices in Saraswathi had dropped to an all time low once in 2014 when the prices went down to 3,800 rupees per sq ft for houses. I think that was the lowest that the prices ever went. Hi guys, as you can see, the area of Dasanakoppalu does not have a very good social infrastructure, for example, you wont find many schools or colleges in this region. Koorgally, you know, is a very good commercial centre in this region. you can see a lot of shops, hypermarkets, medical stores, hotels etc in this region. The area is not very popular residential area, but is surely a very nice area to live in, But i think the land rate is a little higher than other area outside the ring road. There are no good schools and colleges or other educational institutions except the Vishwabharathi Institute of Nursing here. You can see JSS School, Oxfors Convents, Government Higher Primary School, Kuvempu Brindavan High School, etc.The area is not very popular residential area, but is surely a very nice area to live in, But i think the land rate is a little higher than other area outside the ring road. You can see that the connectivity of this place is quite good. The area is adjacent to two popular roads - they are JLB Road as well as Mananthavadi road. These connect near to the locality at Srinivasa Circle. The Chamarajapura Railway station is also very near to the locality. The health infrastructure of this place in my opinion is quite okay..guys, You cannot say that there are many hospitals, but the hospitals nearby are quite good. I think the thing that worries people most is the daily shopping and all. Nobody wants to walk miles to get to a general store;. I think this is one advantage for this place, there are quite anumber of general stores, and provision shops around here. Yeah i agree, since the locality is mostly comprising of vacant plots right now, there is not much development infrastructure vise. It has also failed to meet the target in collection of water charges where they were supposed to be collected Rs 30 crore as against the targeted Rs 40.83 crore.
