Hi, In my point of view, ACT Fiber-net is a nice Internet connection now a days in Bangalore. You can check whether they have connectivity in your locality or not. They are providing very economic plans for customers.

Hi, the location should be decided according to your work place. Even though Gurgaon and Noida both are developing at high speed. If you are looking at ongoing projects and want to shift with a year or so I think you should opt for Noida as most of the projects in Sectors 50, 51,52 or 117 they have possession date i n 2015-2016. Hi Guys, Well, if you are planning to invest in Gurgaon then i will suggest sector 51 & sector 68. Yes it is true that some other sectors are developing in Gurgaon, but i am suggesting you these sectors , keeping in mind about the transportation ,connectivity , civic issue & ample amount of return in investment.
@ Mr Sumit, Sector 51 is well planned sectors of Gurgaon.The locality offers well-developed civic amenities such as road networks, drainage system for water, sewage and storm water and electric sub-station as well as social infrastructure is also well-fabricated here with ample shopping complexes, hospitals and educational institutions located nearby.

But i think you should not sell your plot now, wait for some months ,true there are land agitation going on. So if you sell now, the construction wont take place . Q: I bought a 3-BHK Flat in PGE for which registration was done in June2010. Possesion of the flat was given in July2012 . Delay was due to poor quality & incomplete work. I had visited this Flat in Jan.2013 after taking possesion for giving it for rent.To my horror I found th ceiling of Ona of the bathroom had fallen due to leakage from top.Entire master bedroom wall and ceilig were spoilt due to leakage. Root cause was that their sewage and drainage systemleaks frequently. Ceiling are made of Plaster of Paris boards not heard of in permanent construction??Response of the Team looking after the site was that it they wouldnot attend to it. It is customary for them to provide such temporary ceilig & customer is suppose to do permanent construction. It is shockig experience that in a luxury Flat builder is following such practice.Like to share this with other residents and Know their experience. Please advise how do I get solution of this problem where

Presently the company is in the process of buying land. The project is expected to be over within two years. Although the blueprint for the proposal has already been released, the company is waiting for the final policy.

Great Value builder is thief.. They have started contraction in Noida-Sector-107(Sharnam) without having land his name. Possession date was in 2010 now 2014... Contraction stopped in 1 year back. Now matter is in SC.. Our money got stuck .. NO IDEA WHAT TO DO NOW..
Hi Shantanu, In my point of view, you have to wait until the court final order. Yeah it will be problematic for you, but you have to wait & watch. Once this project is out of legal dispute then you can do either continue or sell it. Before that if you want to take some legal step , then better to consult with any local lawyer

As this is a hub of the IT and ITeS sectors and related service industries, the maximum crowd for residential project is through IT and ITeS Companies .
Yes, this is area a developed area and also it is known for being the hub for many educational institutions right from play schools like bubbles play school, also high schools to engineering and management institutions like JSS School and JSS public school are present there. It even has a Noida centre of IIM Lucknow. So for livability the area is good. On a whole i can say that Sector 61 is for end use rather than investment purpose.

Hi friends!!! How is the life overall there. Shops, schools, markets, Bus stop, security, maintenance, connectivity, etc.
Hi Amit, Overall project is good for end users and improving by everyday passing. 1) No shops started in the society but Sector-10 shops are nearby. And a few are willing to home deliver grocery. 2) School buses of many schools come within the society. Nearest are Euro and Blue Bells. 3) Security guards outside each tower and on main gates. As of now there have been no incidents. 4) Maintenance issues are there like lifts malfunctioning etc. But nothing that can't be sorted out. 5) Connectivity to sector-10 and Hero Honda Chowk via backside gate of society. Overall, a very livable place.

Hello Sharan, If your status is NRI, your income which is earned or accrued in India is taxable in India. Salary received in India or salary for service provided in India, income from a house property situated in India, capital gains on transfer of asset situated in India, income from fixed deposits or interest on savings bank account are all examples of income earned or accrued in India. These incomes are taxable for an NRI if the gain is more than 2.5 lakhs, its taxable.
Sharan--- If you have a property located in India, the rent received by the NRI from such property would be taxable in India. However, it may also be taxable in the country of your residence. Whether it is taxable in your country of residence depends on tax laws of the country in which you are residing currently. If that country has Double Tax Avoidance Agreement (DTAA) with India, tax in such cases would not be levied in your country of residence. For example, USA has Double Tax Avoidance Agreement with India and so, the rent earned by NRI in India from property is not taxable in the USA.
