Yes the problem is that the corporation is already finding difficulty in providing water supply to the existing 65 wards under its juridication. I had heard that the government had allotted KIADB land to entrepreneurs and small businesses for a lease period of 30 years initially. But that was too short a lease period, and no one seemed to be interested for it. So just last Wednesday the Cabinet has increased it to 99 years hoping to find more takers among the entrepreneurs. Q: Hey, guys I am currently staying in a rented 3 bhk apartment in Pardeshipura. When, we moved in to the house, everything was going smoothly. But recently, my family has been facing a lot of problems in the apartment complex. When we shifted in, we were promised full power back up, a clubhouse and basically a luxrious and healthy environment. None of this was given, The swimming pool is not maintained at all. The garbage dumping area is unkept. The full power back works only at times. But the main problem, is the termite infestation. As I cant stay here for too long, I am look for a nice and clean place to buy an apartment in the near future. Basically none of these pourakarmikas wanted to clean their own place. So M. Shivanna, Chairman of the National Safai Karamchari Commission asked the officials to appoint more pourakarmikas and buy more trucks and other machinery to collect and dispose garbage in these colonies. But, the project was planned to be a six-lane carriageway. there was some news about providing the people the facility of online payment of tax. Actually, this was announced last year itself. But, I think this has not yet been taken off. The Central and the Fathima Matha Hospitals are both there. There is even a surgical hospital called the Narayana Hrudalaya Surgical Hospital. Koorgally, you know, is a very good commercial centre in this region. you can see a lot of shops, hypermarkets, medical stores, hotels etc in this region. Some of these which I would like to point out are Shylashree Medicals, Kochin Bakery, Chakita Ranjini Udyam, Chandni Creatives, Srinivasa Enterprises, Koiel Food Process etc.
true, the growth of this area has been due to the development of various industries and other biggy companies in this area. There are some very good social infrastructure in this area. There are some good schools and colleges as well as some educational institutions in this area. Some of the good schools and colleges etc in this area are Christ The King Convent High School, Bagini Seva Samaj, Highely Primary School, Sharda Vilas PU College, etc in this area.
The MMK and SDM college for women is also here dude. But, I think that the health infrastructure of this place is not htat good. You cannot see any hospitals or health care centres in this area. But, there are some good hospitals in the adjacent localities like the Raman Memorial Hospital, Mythri Institute of Mentally Challenged, Ashoka Hospital etc.

The apartment project is this nice building located close to the Ring Road. Yeah security is definitely very tight, its around the clock. There is a play area as well for little kids and all. But the main feature is the rainwater harvesting feature being incorporated here. There are so many amenities available here in this project. You will have a garden, then of course lift is there. JP Nagar is a saturated area and you can only find residential projects there like apartments and the iike while Dattagalli has a mix of everything such as Apartments, plots and Villas. If you want to buy a place to stay in then this place would do. True. Though Mysore is a Tier-II city with decent enough prices, it is not really possible due to the rising cost of construction as the cost of materials has been rising multiple fold with the price of land also following suit.

One more thing. The contractor claimed for damages to which the corpration said it would be cleared by Dasara but even after about a half an year or so that payment hasn't been made. I got some information about the maimaintenance charges in this place. So it costs Rs. 2 per square feet. I agree with you, and not only that. in addition to saving on land acquisition, the time lost in battling compensation issues in court will be avoided. One of the reasons for delay in layout formation is the court disputes over compensation to farmers, and this partcular problem can be avoided when this rule is applied. One more thing I would like to add for this is that a portion of funds has also been reserved for traffic improvement, but officials are yet to get approval for it. This is the main reason why the projects are facing a delay.
