Ok the water shortage situation during summer the situation is very bad. During other seasons, water quantity is actually in surplus. yeah, but, i think that the residential market is also pretty active here. Though you can't find many apartment projects over here. there are few completed projects, but the upcoming projects are very less here. I know it was so bad. Generally it just takes me just 2 minutes everyday to reach the bus stop. Yes. We in Ramnagar get water every alternate day over the last week of August and it's a good quantity too. Although priced a little higher, the locality and the features provided, compensate for the high price. yes, they do have approvals of leading banks like HDFC bank, Axis bank, and ICICI bank. So, getting a housing loan scheme from these banks will not be great toil. at least i feel so. :) One thing i always look when I buy an apartment is Vastu. Yes, very recently it has been in the news that the Western Bypass Road project is taking off finally. It was staying dormant for a long time. But the state highway has finally given the green signal. Hope it helps you with your property plans.

In my honest opinion, you cant really keep the site, since it is reserved for government purposes only. You know there's another issue that has made the traffic worse. Trafiic has been diverted and all the city buses now pass from the Mettupalayam bus stand to gandhipuram take this route to go the rest of the city. The sad part here is that when two buses take the same route at once and face each other. While even i missed the speech, i later found out that Coimbatore Mayor P. Rajkumar on Thursday presided over his first budget session and announced a number of schemes. Yeah..the plan is still on itself. As far as I came to know, the officials from the Salem Railway Division and the Representatives of the Coimbatore Railway Coordinators Association and Lakshmi Machine Works conducted a joint study at Periyanaickanpalayam railway stattion for the renovation.

A Salem based company called Mukesh Associates were the ones that submitted te proposals. They gave four options of which the third one was selected by the local body as they found it feasible. At present stage, Sathy Road is the fast developing area in Coimbatore, the reason being that Tamil Nadu Government has announced Textile Park in 2200 acres which will generate minimum 15,000 employment opportunities.
