As per the records, Acme Heights has been completed in late 2009. The late possession can be due to various reasons like not getting occupancy certificate and other documents on time or final finishing work getting delayed. Many people says that they are facing problems inspite of doing hard and good work so it is necessary to build the shops or offices according to the principles. Most importaht thing is the door through which the customers enter should be facing towards east side. The ower of the shop should sit facing towards east or north side. It is better if the shape of the business palce is four sided rather than any other shapes as it inauspicious. In the north-east side or on the right hand side you should install idols of the Gods and Godess like Ganesh or Lakshmi and shoul put sysmbols like Swastic or writtings like Riddi Siddi. Cash box should not be left empty and the cash should be placed in the north side. The tenancy act has been passed by the goverment to balance the responsibility and rights for both the landlord and the tenant including the process of fast settlement for resolving the disputes. Ranchi Real estate is one of the real estate destinations in India. Property registration is the main income source for Ranchi Government. But recently it is found that more than 50 per cent of the flats are not registered. This common practice is done by owners who trying to evade registration of property. But this also increase property fraud and it also affects income of Ranchi Government.

I feel you should go with Piyush Rosette as you said that it is well constructed and the construction work is also going on in a fast pace. Q: Right now there is no project in NOida where in you could get rate of Approx 3500 Rs per square feet Basic and we all invested here in the same rate bracket.........Now they are seeing this as gold mine because everywhere rates are approx Rs 4200 per sq ft basic rate .....They are demanding that all investors in Ajnara Ambrosia should withdraw their amount given to the builder and now after 5-6 months they will sell the same inventory at the rate of RS 4500-5000 per sq ft.............I might be wrong but something is fishy with Ajnara Ambrosia now........I have come to known that Ajnara is scrapping this project due to land problems.......But how can such reputed builder do this ??? Either this is game played by the builder or some consortium........Any inside story Please or comment ?? The initial target was to complete the construction work by March and start the commercial operations by early April. There are several reasons for the delay, including the holdup in the delivery of equipment and the rough weather. Also, there is a certain pace at which contractors can work. I urge the Southcity Builder to provide us a date of completion and assurance that we will not be handed over a grossly incomplete authority. I agree that Bhubaneshwar is witnessing a lot of real estate activity but sadly it is quite unorganized and there is a lot of fraud happening. Developers are selling disputes properties or sometimes land acquisition is not cleared mutually. So beware of it and make a good research before you decide. Jalna is a good area which is being developed at a good pace although the real gains may take around 10 years at the minimum. I suggest you to check out some deals in Tomanda mainly in the Kalinga Vihar (NH) area. It’s already developed better than Jalna and may get you very good returns in the next five to six years. Both Jalna and Tomanda are good areas for short and long term appreciation.

But one thing that may go in favour of Indira Nagar is the proposed Lucknow metro route. Trains coming from the Airport Terminal will be diverted towards Gomti Nagar at the Indira Nagar Trisection (Polytechnic Crossing). As we have seen in Delhi and National capital region, areas closer to the metro route or station have a premium price. Located in the CIS Gomti Region- Phase 3, Ashiana Colony like most other areas like Rae Barely Road and Sultanpur Road offer good value for money in the medium to long term. You have not mentioned whether you are seeking to purchase as an investment vehicle or for personal use.

Firstly the whole Trans Gomti region is going to be well developed with modern amenities and state of the art civic infrastructure. Secondly the close location of Hardoi Road area to the premier Indian Institute of Management is a big plus. I have invested in the region in en Eldeco housing project and I am quite happy with my investment. You can also check out the residential apartments offered by Sahara housing in Hardoi Road. They have received a good response overall.

Hey Ruchi, this is a good project . It is located near Pari chowk, like just 3.5 km from Pari Chowk. Yes there is a proposal of metro line which will be ready by 4 years or so.
And about appreciation, looking at the location , infrastructure and amenities, this project will have give you a double return value in future, say about after 3 years.

Hi, Panchsheel 1 and 2 are lunched by Panchsheel Group which is a good developers. They have come up with individual townships, which have projects of Panchsheel 1 and 2. Hi Pavan, according to knowledge , Noida Sector is good for investment. All the projects are under construction, hence livability has bit less chance, where as if you invest in now, till the time possession your money will get doubled.

Hi Mahi, I'm doing a research on real estate market. All the report that we get from Knight frank, ICICI, JLL etc. are B2B reports. They contain information only about the supply side( Builder) and they are hugely funded by the add inventories. We don't have many companies conducting surveys regarding consumer sentiment Index. These type of survey are the true image of the market sentiments. I'm very happy that a real estate portal like Commonfloor.com who is having the maximum reach is conducting a consumer sentiment Index.Hi Mahi, I'm doing a research on real estate market. Hi Shruti, Jaura Prime Boulevard is a upcoming project and as per the brokers, the launching price is near about Rs 3700. This will be a free hold property whereas in Noida almost all projects are lease hold...Where as ATS Allure Yamuna Expressway is just launched project without any issues of free hold or lease hold. How can we forget the fact that there are no markets nearby ..... the initial struggle starts from buying vegetables to groceries and other stuff such as milk, bread and even medicines. None of these are available close by. Yes, Neha, you are talking about Dwarka Expressway, which is very good destination for investment.. price correction is also noticed there. Prices for properties on Dwarka Expressway are currently selling at rates ranging from Rs 6,000-8,000 per sq ft and an appreciation of over 50 % took place if we compare the price of 2011.

Hi Suhail, as per the news the Metro has fast-tracked construction work between Delhi Cantonment and Moti Bagh to ease vehicular movement on Ring Road, which is dotted with its project sites.
Yes Suhail, the 2.5km stretch between Delhi Cantonment and Brar Square near Dhaula Kuan is complete six months ahead of schedule and will be cleared of traffic barricades soon.The authority said they are trying to wrap up the work soon! So we might get a good news!

Hello Neha, Flats in Omaxe City are available but in resale value, price varies from 50-60 lacs for 3BHK, in 1st and 2nd floor. Yes, you will get the possession immediately after the paper work and payment.

Hi Bhuvan, According to me, every locality ensures that amenities are close by but a luxury house should stand apart when it comes to such amenities. Good schools, playgrounds, family recreational centres at a walking distance, malls and commercial centres on the periphery would be appreciated. Neighbourhoods should also be kept in mind. The right kind of people around you is a must.

An inbuilt spa, gym suite, games, theatre zone inside the house and clear water swimming pool for the family. The house should also be evergreen in its style.
