that means, instead of 500 families, 800 families going to use same amenities

2. No piped gas connection so far. he promised a piped gas connection.
and its mandatory to have piped gas connection for high rise towers.
when he brought those above points to them, they are trying to threaten us.
as we don't have any power to face them, we are reaching to you through this platform.

I understood your problem. But according to me, you have to make an owners association , if you have secretary in your apartment , summon him to your association meeting. Discuss with him about above said matters. Otherwise check in your brochure & sale deed paper about the amenities & of constructing 1 more tower. Do not buy any flat in Vertex Constructions. Their recent Project Vertex Prime is a biggest utter flap in the construction Industry itself. And their management and maintanance teams are the worst ones. They have already collected the maintanance fee for 2 years. And now they are again charging saperately for using the aminities like 500 for swimming ( per person); 100 for gym. Even the flats have so many issues like seabage issues and many other. It is a sincere suggestion that not to buy a flat in vertex.

Your first priority should check the agreement paper whether there is a clause for extra maintenance charges or not . If not, write a letter to the management. If Society does not give any response to you letter, send a reminder after some time. In reminder letter, at last ,you can mention that "You are requested to reply in writting for aforesaid within 7 days from receipt of this letter, in absence of any written reply from you, it will be considered that managing committee agrees with the matter of letter & matter is resolved here".

Hi. For constructing a house in a vacant plot, should we consider plot dimensions or the number of square yards (both shown in registration documents) of the plot. For example, plot area shown in the registration document is 100 sq. yards and the dimensions of the plot (shown as perfect rectangle) in the registration document is 23 ft (length) X 42 ft (width) = 966 sq .ft or 107.33 sq. yards. When field survey of the plot is conducted, the actual dimension of the plot appears to be not perfect rectangle but a trapezium with angles with dimensions 25 ft (one parallel side), 33 ft (other parallel side) and 43 ft (as height) which computes to 138.5 sq yards.
The owner of the plot is expired and this plot is given as a gift deed from an existing larger plot.
My question here is that the square yards shown in the registration document is not matching with the dimensions shown in the registration document and also with the actual field survey of the plot. What area should I consider for constructing house in the plot with out any issues with the neighbors. I really appreciate for providing solution for this question. Thanks!

I loved this apartment! It was such a great place to stay. My apartment was clean I never had any issues whatsoever. The layout of the apartment was just beautiful. The staff is really friendly and accommodating. The apartment is nice from the outside and the amenities are great. Parking situation is terrible as there are way too many cars for the number of spots on each floor.

Hi all, don't go with the concept of malabar neem or any other project with RMK projects and dont end up loosing your valuable money. I invested in their farm land concept and ended up saying that they will start the farming since one and half year and they haven't started even now also. They show some others projects and will make you impressed by their saying and after you pay the money, they don't even attend your call and there wont be any response from them. Your hard earned money will go into vain or to their cheating pockets. They say that you may get good returns on the malabar neem wood concept but they will not even plant and maintain the land also. Don't fall into their trap and loose your money I sincerely urge you the people. I am among the one who got cheated by them. No response

There is no Manjeera water supply nowadays to any part of the city. It is now closed with in Medak district and is restricted only for agricultural use. All parts of the city are using Krishna and Godavari water only. Kollur is a quiet place that is on the out skirts of the city. But then, it is not very accessible until and unless you have a private vehicle. It is 10 kms from the nearest major railway station and very few buses go towards that area. It will take some time to develop. Surely their inner sense never say so after seeing the fate of this project.
One can watch the status of the project from 2008 to 2016 in Google Earth in order to feel the visible progress of the project.
