As Subramaniam has said, issuing of Completion Certificate shows that the owner has constructed the building as per the approved plan. Basically, it gives a kind of relief to buyer that his hard-earned money is not going to be wasted. As I understand, khata is an entry in the governing body's register specifically for property tax. So, I guess a property will be either in BDA khata or BBMP khata but not both. Is my understanding correct? If so, do I need to convert the BDA khata to BBMP khata to start construction?

My uncle purchased a flat from a reputed construction company in hyderabad. First installment he paid directly in the office and received a original receipt. He was introduced to a sales executive personally by the company staff . The sales executive started visiting my uncle frequently with the inputs of the site development phase so for the second installment he paid the executive in person at his home in the presence of the executive's coworker and he received the receipt for the second installment by the sales executive but the problem is that the sales executive ran away with the money and our amount was not credited in my uncles account. so the problem pertaining here is the second installment receipt is with fake signature claimed by a employee of the company . 1) there is no cut out for the outlet of chimney pipe..pls let me know if this can be done by someone with finishing

I bought flat on Block A with a commitment from GM,sunil mantri group for getting it ready for delivery by 2013 end. During Agreement time there was no clarity on possession and dates given were really weird.on my visit in the month of MAY 2013, getting a shoking news : the complete sales and project team is been sacked by new GM ???? i had a sitting with Mr. MIR, New GM and instead of giving a word of assurance he made it clear he cant deliver my flat not even 2015.
I have already paid them 36L and now i am so much confussed to pay then any addition penny without they send me project progress report. My wife and me try to reach top officials but no reach. SUCH A WORST CUSTOMER CARE WE NEVER EXPERIENCED IN ENTIRE LIFE.
Yesterday, I got a demand letter from them for another 13L where there is no progress happened since last 5 months. dont know how to respond this issue.
please help any one address this issue !
