At Gaur Homes project, the builder was charging high maintenance charge of Rs 1.35 while it was supposed to be only Rs 1 per sqft. Also the behavior of builder with the buyers is not at all good. Property prices are going up rapidly in this market. It has shown an increase of Rs 1,500-2,500 per sq ft in the last two years. Starting from Rs 2,800-3,500, prices have now touched Rs. 4,500-6,800 per sq ft.

Are you looking for a ready-to-move-in property or under-construction property? I would suggest you go for ready-to-move-in flat, you will get what you will see exactly. There is no possession delayed or any legal dispute. You can also go for under-construction flat, but be sure that it is RERA Approved.
